Melbourne's Mower Centre - The RedShed - Dandenong

Guys took my Honda 6.5 after I had originally taken it elsewhere and still had the same issue but these guys at red shed managed to find the problem and fixed it and on top of that their customer service to excellent!

Great and friendly service, Shane was very helpful with my purchase, checking and testing all the new equipment to running order, so all I had to do was get home and pretty much start using it immediately.

I came down for winter sales and got a good deal on a mower and edge trimmer. Staff had plenty of time to answer my questions on their operation and ran them for me and even filled them up on petrol before helping me load them into the truck.

I would shop there again, great experience.

I purchased a small husky whipper snipper a couple months ago. They only had the display model and didn't offer a discount. In all fairness the salesman was helpful, hence 2 stars. When I got home to use it the clip for the belt suport was missing so I called up. Some one did call me back, so asked for the part to be sent in mail. I laboured through cutting the grass without belt. A month ago I went to use my whipper snip.no clip! I called but this time no one called back. I'm not calling again so I wrote this review. Just give me my clip please. My missus can't even use the machine.
The red shed delivered the missing clip the following day after I wrote this review.
They also gave me a whipper snipper string.
This was the first time I have written a review and I think it will make a difference to the suppliers customer support in the future.
I can now use my machine with ease.

These guys had a real "get you in, get you out" attitude, I wanted a small part for an older machine, and they basically told me that they were not interested in even looking for such a small part, and literally said if they had a second hand one, it'd go in the BIN. Not recommended

Don't go to Red Shed Dandenong! You will buy everything you see! Shane and Ben are professional experts who will tell you the right lawn equipment you need and you will buy it! I can't go to other mower places now because they have ruin it for me! I only want to spend my money there now!

The Red Shed Dandenong. My 2 stroke Victor finally gave up. I went to the Dandenong Store looking for a replacement. After speaking with Dale and Shane, both with incredible knowledge, advice and the right information to allow me to make an informed decision on my purchase. Highly recommend a visit to their store and a chat to them about what you need.
I bought the Masport450 ST battery mower and I'm a happy customer.

I've Been searching for a zero turn for the past 6 months I've Been to so many mower shops and wasn't happy!
BUT Shane and his crew from Red Shed Dandenong where so helpful and friendly great service and I finally got a ripper deal and bought
My self 42inch zero turn Huskyrvana and some other goodies.
Highly recommended.
I'm a very happy customer and will definitely be back and I'll be servicing all my Toys in Dandenong Red Shed from now on.

Got everything I needed from very friendly staff members. They have set up a little shop front from the roller door off the side street and works well.

Responded to my email contact by phone within 24 hours with information and advice that was very beneficial to me. When I made my decision on a purchase again they were most helpful, especially Anthony. Could not be happier with the service provided. Thank you.

The team at Red Shed Dandenong bent over backwards to get me a new cub cadet zero turn quickly, even though they didn’t have one in stock, so I can start servicing customers in my new business. The help and advice received was second to none. Now hopefully the rain will stop for a few days so I can try this machine out!

Needed an new mower and started with their website. Had some questions so gave them a call and their advice was fabulous. A friendly voice, great product and some helpful instructions when they delivered it amounts to a great experience.

They went above and beyond to sort and issue that was of my own making. Shane at Dandenong was very helpful at resolving the problem and could have easily told me it was not their problem and I would have to live with it but no they did not. They even offered me the use of a brand new lawn mower while waiting for stock to arrive which would have been months. I will now come to them for any future major purchases as I have never had a mower show go to these lengths to help me out. Cheers from J Parker Lawns and gardening

Purchased a Deutscher 660 slasher mower from Red Shed Dandenong.
The mower then had to be shipped to northern NSW.
I just wish I could give Red Shed, Shane and Sam a 10 star rating.
Lowest purchase price I found anywhere. Shipping cost was extremely reasonable and delivery was amazingly fast.
And.the customer service was beyond awesome!
I’ll always contact Shane and his crew for any future mower related purchases.

Same response as Dandenong Stihl, no interest in fixing my older mower which has family history, only wanted to sell me a new machine, ive since had it repaired elsewhere and its running perfect, thanks for nothing.
