Absolutely great experience buying our used Mazda 6 atenza from here. Eitan went above and beyond our expectations and was fantastic to work with. At home test drive. Clear communication. Sorted out all our problems on the day or next day. Literally the best buying experience ever. Thanks so much. 10/10 would buy more cars from you guys if I had money for more cars.

I recently purchased a new car through Melbourne City Land Rover, dealing with Matt Fortunato. He was professional and went above and beyond in all aspects of the sale and also helped with trade in of another vehicle. Matt’s constant communication kept me updated at all times throughout the sale and handover process. This is the second car I have purchased through Melbourne City Land Rover and am equally impressed with their service the second time around. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase a new car.

I purchased a new Defender from Melbourne City Land Rover in late April 2021. To say they went above and beyond would be an understatement! After ringing around the QLD dealerships (all of which weren't prepared to help me), Gabriel at Melbourne City Land Rover was able to source the exact vehicle I was after, and made the process of purchasing smooth and easy. Gabriel's professionalism is exceptional, as is his dedication to ensuring the client gets the best possible experience. Right from the first call enquiring about a second-hand car Richard and the team at Melbourne City Land Rover are exceptional. The customer service level & professionalism experienced is outstanding. Richard kept me up-to-date every step of the way. Whilst in the waiting room several staff members offered me a drink. The whole experience was a pleasure. Richard even put a bow my second hand car when picking it up which is normally reserved for brand new cars. I cannot recommend Melbourne City Land Rover enough. They made me feel like a superstar

Had exceptional customer service during my recent car purchase at Melbourne City Land Rover. Gabriel El Fata - the sales representative, was very pro-active and helpful throughout the complete purchase process and even after that - checking on how the car is going. Kate Halliburton - from finance was also very helpful for getting the car insurance and all other related queries I had. Overall a great experience!

Matt Fortunato from MCLR was absolutely fantastic to deal with and was extremely helpful throughout the entire process. He kept us up to date with the vehicle arrival and always responded promptly. Made the car delivery process as smooth as possible. He is still happy to go over various options available in the car which shows the importance of customer service. Highly recommended to others!
Thanks to Ian Mahon and Kate for helping us out with the finance and best possible ways to get what we want!
We are thrilled to be driving our new Range Rover Velar:)

I have had the worst experience with Landrover in general. I purchased a Landrover Discovery Sport brand new 12 months ago and have had constant issues with it. I have had it towed so many times I have lost count, but the worst thing is they have never had a replacement vehicle for me. I have been without a car for up to 3 days at a time, so it makes life difficult with 4 children and no car almost 8 times now. The customer service team are beyond disappointing and not one have followed up on my experience. I really don't even want the trash they sold me but can seem to get out of the contract. MY advice is BUYER BEWARE at all costs. The worst experience ever.

I had a fantastic experience with MCLR. From my first point of communication via email through to driving away in my new Evoque, the team at MCLR surpassed my expectations. Gabriel was a huge help and his expertise certainly guided us through choosing a new car. He stayed in regular communication and I found the whole process to be efficient and highly professional. I cannot recommend MCLR highly enough.

I had very bad experience with this dealership for my purchase last June, when I was presented deal by Andreas Schimuks I liked the price but in sale agreement "Make year" he mention "New" also he mention verbally that it is a new car, I assume it is Year 2020 make. When I went to sign finance paper and to get delivery of car I was presented with agreement where car make year was 2019, which was miss representation of info also when I raise issue, I was told they will get back to me and will compensate for same but no response after multiple follow up with Ian from finance and Matt from sales. Also verbal commitment done at time of sale were not honour by them. All I want to say is be aware of this dealership they will do anything to win your business but when it comes to customer service and issue resolution after sales they sucks.they don't even acknowledge their wrong doing and they don't even call you back. I would give them zero rating.
