Fantastic experience, food was awesome staff were great, even our 3 tear old had a great time with the music and the food was beautiful

Can’t fault it! We ate till our hearts were full. Lively atmosphere, amazing staff and service. We dined in for a late dinner and the staff was very accommodating. Food came out quick, even though most tables were full and it was Friday night. We took our host’s recommendation and tried the Chicken dish (from the Specials) which was good enough for two people, Calamari followed by Churros and a cup of Spanish hot chocolate. I would 10/10 recommend and visit again.

The food was innovative, delicious, and authentic. The staff were helpful and very obliging. Good tucker.

This was hands down the best Spanish food I’ve eaten in Australia. What an unexpected wonderful find on a day trip from Melbourne. We loved absolutely everything we ate. I am tempted to come back to Ballarat just to go there again and try more dishes on their menu. The atmosphere and service were equally great. It does not look like much on the outside - don’t let that deter you - you’d be missing out!

I feel like meigas use to be a lot better. I was lowkey disappointed with the beef cheeks.

The mash potatoes tasted like instant mash and the beef cheeks didn't taste fresh.

Everything else was good but having had the beef cheeks it just makes me think maybe there's a bit more microwaving going on that I'd hope for.

Food was incredible, so tasty.
Meat platter was tender and juicy.
Order bread for dipping in the luscious sauces.
Churros to die for!

Food was exceptional. The staff here are amazing - Every. Single. One of them were awesome and it was refreshing to see a team who looked like the loved their job and their customers. Bravo

Place is a bit of a scam, Paella advertised as min 2pp and 1pp price is 26 dollars, so we ordered 2 paellas, how much do u think we paid, we paid 104 dollars for 2’paellas, absolute rip off and paella nothing great, most of all the way the price is displayed is a scam

Second time back at Meigas, and it did not disappoint. We got the feed me menu and the dishes were SO filling. The ambience is warm and the ingredients taste very fresh. The unanimous favourite dish for the group was the chilli garlic prawns!

Meigas always impresses. We did the "feed me" menu and every single dish was quality. They also have Estrella Galicia beer, which isn't common, so that is a big plus. Nice people, nice food, and a great time

Thank you to the wonderful staff at Meigas for the fantastic experience we had on Saturday night. The food was delicious, the service perfect and the atmosphere on point! You went the extra mile to make our night special. We had a great time celebrating a family member's birthday and will definitely be back:)

My partner and I went here for a date night. We tried 6 dishes and a drink each and were charged around $100 which was very reasonable. The food was spectacular cooked to perfection flavoursome and filling. All the flavours were balanced perfectly and left me completely satisfied. Highly recommend

Can recommend the wait for the Paella is well worth it. Also it was a large serve so don't do what we did which was have too many "small" dishes while we were waiting. (They were great too though)

Amazing food and amazing service. I think the floor manager came up to me and made sure I was completely full before we got served our desert. I've been here long time ago and again recently. The food is as good as I remember!

Great food and atmosphere. Excellent authentic Spanish tapas. Very attentive service. Highlights were the croquettas, chorizo in wine, calamari, and prawns. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing. I’ve struggled to get on board with Spanish food and tapas as it’s usually small portions and way overpriced. This was not!
The feed me is incredible value, tasty and has lots of variety. Gazpacho oysters were a hit, as was the charcuterie and prawns in chilli oil. Worth the money and service top notch. Treat yourself
