BUSY GENERAL PRACTICE WITHIN THE QV BUILDING
Has a number of GPs working in the centre and wait time is generally OK.
There is a pharmacy located one floor down in the same complex for patients needing to get a prescription filled.

I don’t understand the negative reviews. I returned to Australia after living abroad and asked friends on Facebook for recommendations for a new gp - almost everyone that replied recommended doctors at this clinic.

I see Claire Sheeran. She’s highly knowledgeable and does a thorough job.

The clinic is busy but I’ve never had an issue with wait times or reception; I find them rather friendly. Prices are typical of CBD private practice.

Large facility with many doctors on duty. Staff are friendly and helpful, they genuinely care and it shows. The gap fee is worth the quality of service. Definitely recommend.

Made an appointment at Medical 1 QV to get some test results after they sent me an SMS to do so. I made the appointment and sat in the foyer 40mins beyond the appointment time watching those that came after me going to see the same doctor I was booked to see; so after 40mins I got up and left. But i wasn't alone as I was following that same doctor out the door. Seem we both had better things to do.

Checked in at 3: 50pm. They had checked me in but no doctor arrived. Waited over an hour but their system lost the appointment. Definitely recommend avoiding this centre and finding a capable alternative.

Have been attending this clinic for about 6 years. Doctor Michelle Nazareth is the best doctor I've ever had. Yes occasionally the waiting time is long but for a doctor as amazing as Michelle, I allow extra time. She's seen me through the toughest times in my life with zero judgement and genuine care. She takes a more holistic approach that is hard to find with GP's. I can't recommend her highly enough.

Consistently good and reliable service. The doctors are incredibly helpful and professional. The receptionists are always kind and helpful. Appointments are always on time.

I was auto opted in for the My Health Record without my prior consent, despite previously opting out online. Quite sneaky given clinics get kickbacks from the government for every sign-up.

I had been overseas for over 5 years and was so delighted to learn my Doctor was still there! The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and professsional and informed me she was a little late. But she is worth waiting for. Thank you Margaret.

The TRAVELVAX clinic is excellent. Dr Catherine Streeton is highly knowledgeable and attentive. I found that the receptionists and nurses are also outstanding.

I've come here a few times, all with appointments and the appointments have never been more than 10 mins late, some of them being early when I check it early too. The doctors are very smart and they have a wide variety of different doctors (female, male, different specialtys).
The doctors have always been very polite to me, as have the receptionists. The Melbourne pathology center here is also very good, not particularly long waits and the people collecting blood are quick and painless.

Paid for appointment and test, never inform me the result is out until I called and asked, and request to pay for another appointment just for getting the result.
