She is non professional don’t know what to do at all
Because of her low ability made me waiting for more than a hour. When I walked pass the consulting room knocked on the door and ask her about the waiting time she just kicked me out to reception. I was very angry and took my medi card back from reception and left. She need to go back to school and owed me a apology

Worst experience ever. I booked in an appointment with Dr Jun Feng and he has the worst attitude as a doctor. He didn’t even wait for me to finish describing my symptoms and wanted me to leave because he thinks I should go back to the hospital I previously been to. I patiently explained my situation and my reason to be here but according to him I was still ‘wasting his time’. At one point he opened to door suggesting I should leave. Instead of making suggestions he directly said he refused to treat me. I understand his reasons but all I was asking was him to stop being so rude. I’ve never had this kind of unprofessional experience before and definitely don’t wish for anyone to have similar experiences. Definitely don’t book with Dr Jun Feng.

Had an appointment for my elderly father at 230pm. Waited til 320pm, then i had to approach the desk to find out that the doctor was running late (duuuuuhhhh), and i wouldn't be seen til 4pm. They see alot of undergraduate students bulk billed, so they just slot them in wherever. No point of making appointments if they run it like a circus

Booked an appointment for the flu vaccine and got told to sit down only to wait 20 minutes. When I asked if there actually was an appointed time the receptionist could not answer and got told to sit down again, so I guess appointment times are mere suggestions in here. Both the staff and the booking system are incompetent.

The doctor and practice manager rectified the billing issue i had. The receptionist (Jessica) was very courteous and caring and kept me updated.

Followed my old GP, Peter Edwards to this clinic. He used to looked after me before I went overseas for the long stretch. Recently returned and needed to get an urgent appointment with a new Dr since my old gp’s appointments are filled up. Very efficient. Took a while for the wait but I was satisfied with the service. They still kept my old medical file ever since I left 8 years ago. Genuinely surprised at that.

Yes, the cost is high but not as bad as the nearby clinics I enquired for an urgent consult after 5pm. Downside, it’s a little far from where I live now but conveniently accessible via the tram. I don’t expect a long convo with the doctor. Just urgent problem addressed and then the treatment. Wanted everything done as soon as possible.

Don’t book in to see Dr Kathrine.she is so rude and arrogant. I made an appointment to see her and when I got my chance she was annoyed that she had to work extra half hour that day. Because I was seen by a different Doctor at the same centre she refuse to have a look at my file. It’s for work cover and I feel she thought I was asking for her kidneys or something. Oh my god have some sort of empathy. Or don’t be a doctor if u can’t help people.

Lol Charge $2 for a basic mask per person to enter the clinic. Most place gives for free! Or if charge, it doesn’t cost $2 per mask! No need to make profit!

Also went to appointment 50mins late because the receptionist didn’t check my daughter appointment in. Only found out because I asked the doctor directly how late he will be. He told me my daughter was not checked in! Doctor is lovely, BUT receptionist and service is shocking!

Always late. I arrived early and have been waiting for my 11am appointment. It’s 11: 30am now and two people have seen my doctor since I arrived. She is running 45 mins late.

ALSO one of the male doctors refused to listen or talk to me about getting the IUD (I have since gotten one from Dr Katherine and it has been great - thank you)

Gave me wrong information and charged me $107 and just said sorry our staff is new thats it.international visitors if you hold allianz private health card please do not visit this centre, you have pay upfront and more than double the others

Seen Dr Peter Edwards for 17 years now, followed him from practice to practice. He’s a good man and a caring doctor. Especially for men’s health and sports medicine.

I suspect the many negative reviews are due to the location of the clinic being in the centre of the city where it attracts a lot of internationals, who don’t have Medicare and must pay full fee for consults.

Terrible rude ang racist receiption.

Today afternoon, m eand my wife was there fpr an appointment. The receiption was so rude and impolite. We forgot the mask and we kindly ask if we can have 1 spare. They refuse it and say without it i have to leave. However, the lady after us was no mask as well but this time the staff did come to inside and take a mask for her?
You can check CCTV at 2: 00 pm today for evidence.
Absolutely never comeback there

I don't understand the bad reviews at all. I called in half-dead yesterday and the receptionist who answered the phone was caring and friendly and gave me well-wishes. It made me decide to ignore the reviews and I booked to go in last night.

Walked in with the flu that had me shivering, coughing, sneezing and vomiting and unable to sleep without waking up to cough so hard I'd vomit for hours for several nights. I got to see Doctor Catherine Streeton within minutes. The doctor thoroughly checked my ears (sinus), throat and lungs with care. She was attentive and listened to everything I said, even though my voice was mostly gone, and even instantly printed me a medical cert when I off-handedly mentioned I had to miss work due to my flu. She even smiled and sent me off afterwards with well-wishes. I came out with prescriptions that gave me my first uninterrupted full night's sleep in far too many days and I feel much better today.

I couldn't book with my regular clinic so the one last booking available that I found and snatched up with Medical One was a stroke of luck and a real lifesaver. Thank you so much.

Horrible service. Waited 1.5 hours after my appointment time. No updates or notifications that Dr Chris Argyropoulos was running late. Do not recommend!

1. I have been charged $120 for 5 mins consultation, the doctor does not seem to care about the patient. 2. The receiptionist did not fully inform you the price and medical claim which is super unprofessional. My advice for international students and workers is making sure to check the consultation fee and claim policy.

They called up to ask me for money after having already paid for my appointment at the clinic. Unbelievably pathetic.

Dr. Bautista told me that the eczema was my fault and that I shouldn’t be complaining. Refused to give me a medical certificate and sent me off within 5 minures

Been bringing the daughter here for the last 1.5 years to see both Elders and Stokes. Both are wonderful doctors and very patient, kind and great with kids.

My partner went get the blood test done today and he's soul would normally went for a good few seconds. Today he was totally fine after the blood test! BIG THANK YOU to "Kubra" the pathologist, she was amazing️! Kubra was really easygoing and trying her best to make my partner relax! THANKS again Kubra!

I recently moved from Southbank to the CBD. I arrived as a new patient today at approximately 1.15-1.20pm. I stood at the counter and was ignored for a few moments while reception staff were shuffling papers. The ignoring was only a few moments, but long enough to feel it. I then respectfully booked an appointment for 1.45pm - surprised and happy to get such a close appointment on the same day. I went for a walk around the QV centre to fill a few minutes. I arrived back at the clinic waiting room approx 1.35pm. I waited. And waited. Other patients were being called to their appointments within 5-10 minutes. Then patients arriving after me were being seen within minutes. At 2.15pm, having sat there half an hour past my appointment, I decided enough was enough. I left. I am a respectful polite person. I did nothing wrong here. But I learned that Medical One is not a place for me. My old GP at Southbank was never late like this, and when they had things happen, their communication was spot on. I will just make the little journey back there for my GP needs in future.
