Been here 3 times to see doctors, average waiting time about 20-30mins on weekday after hours but it didn’t bother me coz I know it’s standard to wait to see doctors. The docs here are very professional and really listens to you. Staffs at the front are friendly too. Bulk billing service. I’m happy with my experience so far. Highly recommended.

Updating my review as I sit here in the waiting room. From what I can tell they set aside 5 minutes for each patient, now thankfully the doctors don't stick to this and this really blows out the waiting time. So long review short ok place, some great doctors, well at least one Dr Fah Bee Kok. But yes like everyone is saying the wait times are horrible, but at least there is a good reason for this.

useless Doctor, wrong diagnosis and medication. They just look at you as money, no more then that. Don’t let yourself be treated the way I did.

You are already sick and in pain physically, this clinic will just mentally frustrate you even more.

1.5 hours wait after my appointment time i’m sure They over booking! What point make a booking.
If you have lot of spare time and sit there for hours this is place to go.

Do not go here. Long wait times, incompetent doctors.

Because of the doctor's negligence, I waited an hour and a half to get blood-work done, only to be told that it couldn't be done because the doctor had neglected to write down the purpose of the test. So it was a further 20 minute wait to get shuffled in to see another doctor, to then have the blood tests done. I decided to leave.

Find a better clinic. This one will waste your time, and offer insincere apologies for doing so.

Lady at front is she shouting for no reason. I don’t know why these people are here. This type of staff should be shown the gate outside to leave the job. IF THEY TOTALLY DON’T KNOW THE MEANING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.i don’t know how many people are going to more insulted by her for no reason. God bless.

Very busy practice. 2 hour wait times not uncommon. Wait in the front waiting room, your name gets called out, you go to the back waiting room and wait some more. My Doctor (Dr Paiva Cendava) not very knowledgeable. I haven't seen other doctors here.

Every time i go, it's a 40min - 1: 40min wait time for a doctor. I've tried going at different times of the day, wait times are still the same. I'd understand if it was once or twice, but everytime i go?

Avoid at all costs. Terrible service, rude staff, and out right lies at waiting times. You can book an appointment at this centre 3 days in advance and be made to wait over an hour to get served. Meanwhile patients without a booking somehow end up seeing the doctor before you.

Not very helpful. I have a bacterial infection and talked to a lady named Claudia on the phone. She didn’t make an effort to squeeze me in when on the daily I’m having fevers and chills. I’m so disgusted that she cannot be bothered to help me transfer my results to a different clinic due to medi7 being fully booked out. I’ve been sick for 2-3 months and haven’t had a full diagnosis and am so disgusted that this receptionist didn’t bother helping.

Wish I could give less than 1 star. Insincere and care more about their clinic than they do about their patients. The worst medical clinic I've ever been to.

I walked into practice for my appoint which was at 11: 40. I sat and waited. I waited for half hour and asked them how much longer. They said I have another 2 in front of me.

If you are going to have doctors that work. Please have doctors that can manage time and get the job done quickly and professionally. Also the receptionists are not the best either. They hang up on you before you can say thank you. Put you on hold before you say it’s okay. Or are externally rude.

Dr Bella worst doctor I've ever come across. Never helps or gives you anything just shrugs and says you'll get better in time see ya. Woke up feeling like death the next day went to another doctor got checked out properly and prescribed medicine and felt way better the next day. Biggest joke of a doctor and waste of time. Also clinic makes you wait for 30 mins in the front room then makes you go into the back room for another 20-30 minutes before you see someone. Ridiculous.

I'm so grateful to have developed a secure relationship with the best GP ever! I met Dr. Weisman during the most difficult (physically and mentally) time in my adult life. She continues to provide the best care and concern for my wellbeing. I trust her with my health care!

One hour waiting.
If you can spare more than 1 hour waiting.this is the place.ridiculous amount of waiting.not acceptable.

Made a last minute appointment at Medi7 Clayton, reception was extremely accomodating.
I was there for a second opinion, the consulting doctor was Dr. Bill Woods, I can honestly say that in my 33 years I have never been so happy with a doctors advice, more importantly the time taken to review and explain my situation.

Terrible clinic. Appointments always running behind, often 45 minutes or more.
They obviously over book appointments rather than allowing a reasonable time for each consult.
Doctors also run late. Wife had first appointment of the morning, doctor was 30 minutes late.
Avoid and go to other bulk billing clinics in area.

The bulk-billed centre is close to shops, station and other medical facilities. The staff are professional and responsive and there are a range of integrated services under the one roof.

Yeah I don't know what's happened with Dr Wiseman. She was great until recently. Rude and doesn't care anymore. I'll have to find another Dr. These are people's lives and health. It may not be important to her but it's important to them. She should retire if she is that bitter.

I have been here 2 years ago. Still remember the treatment I got. The doctor was googling my problem! Lol.
