Wonderful staff as they made me feel welcome and catered for all my needs would highly recommend Medi 7 to others that require medical services.

I assumed as l booked so early in the morning l would be seen fairly quickly. This was not the case, 45 minutes late for a 5 minute appointment.

Dr. Heshad saw my baby daughter recently. We felt he genuinely cared for the welfare of our child, providing us his useful insights as a GP, while giving us good advice on referring us to a paediatrician to receive further help. Thank you.

I needed an implant in a hurry - the clinic I was originally booked into wasn't able to accommodate me. I called Medi7 and they were able to put in my implant last minute, late night, for only the cost of the doctors consultation (no extra procedure fees). The nurse on duty took plenty of time explaining the procedure and making sure I was comfortable. Very knowledgeable and caring. Thank you to my wonderful nurse and all the staff at Medi7!

Very bad experience with dr Bella. As a patient I want my doctor to advice the best solution but she was not interested in giving me any advice. Very rude lady.

I was charged an out-of-pocket fee of $30 for a 5-minute consultation, and an additional $30 for the doctor's visit to review the results, bringing the total cost to $60. I was not satisfied with the level of knowledge of the doctor who attended me. To make matters worse, the doctor failed to put a bulk billing on the referral to the pathologist, which resulted in a separate bill of $210. I had to call the clinic to have this issue resolved.

I had an appointment with them at 11.40 today and I was told there was an hour and a half wait as the doctor is late, so I waited and after an hour and forty minutes I asked the receptionist how long do I have to wait and I was told another 30 or 40 mins, that’s ridiculous, I’ve never waited that long in the entire life I’ve been going to the doctor and Dr Paiva doesn’t seem to care, she’s just taking her time, so I decided I won’t wait for that long again and I canceled my appointment and get out of there as soon as I can. The worst clinic I’ve ever been. I don’t understand putting the time and effort to make an appointment and not be seen half a day later. DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE AND FIND DOCTORS WHO ACTUALLY CARE

Friendly staff members with patience to explain the process for me, I go to see Dr. Kok all the time when I need medical help and support, she is professional with solid understanding and would put herself in patience's shoes to address the issues. Very good experience overall.

Friendly staff and friendly doctor even on public holidays although i would have preferred them having bulk billing services for private providers as well.

My long time GP moved to this clinic a couple years ago and I still see her time to time when I need to. She's great.
The reception staff at this clinic are rude and do not make your visit very pleasant, whether you call or you're there in person.

Have been with this clinic for 10 years and have mostly had a positive experience here. Staff have been helpful and Dr. Hesam who has been there long term makes you feel at ease. The long opening hours make it very convenient to fit visits in around your lifestyle, and it's pretty quiet in the evenings. It became a mixed billing practice very recently, but I plan to keep going there if it means you get good service and it's not too busy.

I've been visiting this clinic since last year. I've seen a couple of doctors but I must say that dr Hesam Farshad is the best by far. Very caring and compassionate a great listener, makes you feel comfortable. I would highly recommend.
