Dr Ivan - very disappointed with the approach and diagnosis. In fact no diagnosis. How can you treat people if you do not have attention to detail. Doctors should be curious, have empathy. Dr Ivan was careless, irresponsible, unattentive, hopeless. Who cares, I get paid, I am healthy, I Don care about patients, this is the attitude. Ohh wait, these guys get paid for their work from my Medicare. Terribly disappointing.

I didn't have any trouble with reception staff, but I found Dr. Bella to be very uncaring, impatient, and quite rude.
I do not recommend seeing her.
I also noticed that only one doctor came to the waiting room to call out and greet their patient, all the other doctors just yelled the patient's name down the hallway from their door.

Dr Leila, kohen is an absolute disgrace to the medical practitioner field.

I had two symptoms, and as I was explaining her my symptoms she just went “ Clinic is busy, go and be back in the queue if you would like to discuss more issues”.

Never heard this kind of a statement from a doctor.

NEVER GOING AGAIN AND WILL ADVISE OTHERS TOO!

Office management need to take responsibility to inform patient if the doctor is running late due to emergency/treating other patient and the expected wait times.

Also doctor need to be patient to listen and understand what the patient is going through. Don't be rude with a patient who is on time and just waiting outside for more than 15min when you are not treating any patient and asking the patient to come to the point.

Doctor! I am not sure how do you treat patients in emergency.

Great at coordinating vaccinations, but that’s probably because they were provided by quality nurses. Would be worth getting them to teach some of the doctors there about patient care as well.

Booked an appointment with Dr Efendy because I'm in severe pain and having panic attacks about flying. I have an autoimmune illness, pericarditis and a broken knee and she was extremely rude and dismissive and said 'what you want me to do about it' and suggested I go elsewhere. Extremely incompetent and unprofessional and the was left feeling depressed and a burden with no help or advice.

It is ridiculous to imagine that my student, who seriously injured his ankle with a sharp fragment of bone below his malleolus, had to tell them HIS BANK ACCOUNT INFORMATION (including password) on the phone, or had to go to the clinic to pay the so-called “gap fee” at that day, especially without any notification when he checked in. What a shame we have such a "great" clinic at Clayton. Definitely won't go there anymore and not recommend it at all.

Edit: When talking to the manager, she said only two options that pay her at clinic or tell her the my student's card information on the phone. CAN'T do online transfer.
Please note, if you hold "OSHC" insurance, you have to pay that "gap fee", which almost every GP won't charge.

Highly recommend all prospective patients AVOID Medi7 Clayton.

I’ve booked two Telehealth appointments on separate instances. Never received a call from either doctor. No follow up, nothing. Fortunately for them, the more appointments they get, the better!

Atrocious and appalling to call your service a medical clinic when you don’t actually take clients.

Medi7 will most likely respond to this with a template to call their number to speak to the practice manager. The wait time would be roughly one hour. Feedback never trickles through to the practice manager.

It’s not too busy all the time. It’s the right place to get your ears syringed and get vaccinated against COVID-19 and other flu symptoms.

We went to clayton medi7 for my toddler. The receptionists were really good in organising an appointment. However i never met any doctor ever before who is so arrogant and rude. Dr leila was very impatient, arguing and rushing to finish the appointment. Only when i requested her she did the usual ear check and throat check for my kid as i wanted to ensure she had no ear or throat infection.
Such an unpleasant experience. The other drs in the clinic might be good but please avoid consulting with Dr leila

I’m so disappointed with his clinic I have been attending this clinic for the past 10 years and they have been nothing more than terrible I’ve had doctors reports hospital reports which have never reach them appointments making an appointment I’m waiting half an hour on the phone just to make a an appointment but today was the worst of all made an appointment needed are fit to drive report to be signed off on Dr Leila who I have seen seldom refuse refuse to listen to me ask her for the form which was a matter of a couple of text here in there and a quick summary of my health to date this was too much trouble fire very disappointed will not be attending this clinic and I’m happy to find another place more than happy to find another place this I would never recommend this practice as convenient as it is it’s inconvenience is what runs it into the ground and if I want to Covid advertising no stars terrible doctors

I have seen a number of doctors at this clinic for the past 12 years. The doctors I have seen are caring, professional and always take their time to ensure my issues are addressed from every angle, including referrals to specialists and further testing if required. The doctors speak several languages, which helps non-english speaking patients. The reception staff are always extremely busy, but always courteous, professional and helpful. I recommend this clinic to anyone.

Dr. Leila Kohan was very unkind and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my life in Australia.

When I had my first appointment with her, she was very rude and arrogant, also uninterested in listening and understanding my medical issue. Finally I showed my patience level best and she suggested to get some tests done.
After the test results I really didn’t wanted to ruin my day again with such horrible experience, I thought let’s give another go. This time she was even more disgusting, it’s seems like she is not even 0% interested in treating the patient. She didn’t explained the result in detail, I had so many questions about my test results but every time I start speaking up, that Dr.is very efficient in avoiding in front and ready to finish up with my appointment.
Finally I mentioned that Dr. I have few questions to ask please, she literally said ‘No, Sorry’ and stand up even when am taking, my expression was very strange and I felt very badly insulted. I said Mam I need clarity of prescription at least. She said ‘of course, I can’t answer everything to you, if you like I can issue referral to another one’.
That moment, I just opted to go out and away from such horrible doctor. Finally the lady at chemist store helped me with answers and made me understand that what’s the problem is and what’s the medication is about and how to take it.

I mean, literally if you are not in mood to treat your patients just don’t come to work, but don’t play with patients mind, patients comes with hope, instead of making them understand atleast don’t create confusion, also if you are not in mood of working of weekends just simply don’t come please.

Worst experience ever, the doctor was not at all helpful. It seemed like she annoyed that she had to deal with another patient. She gave me no answers or helpful advice for my illness, just charged me for a not at all helpful consultation. Absolute waste of time and money.

Professional doctors with great doctor to patient manners. The waiting time was reasonable and its bulk billed. The facilities are clean, bright and spacious. The front counter service staff was polite and perform their duties well. I have been there many times and I have recovered from all of my medical conditions which means the prescribed medications were accurate and effective. Pharmacies located in Monash Hospital across the road or at Chemist Warehouse Clayton. Love it that the clinic is open seven days a week. The toilets are clean and well maintained. There are many doctors located at the clinic and the clinic have been around for many years which shows a test of its expertise. I highly recommend you to share this clinic with your family, friends and colleagues. Regards, Jianfa Ben Tsai - Beta male that have fallen sick for many times but have been alive for decades and hope to live past a hundred years old.

Dr. Bella wiseman was very unkind and unprofessional doctor I have ever seen in my life in Australia. My wife and I were consulted by Dr. Bella Wiseman for pregnancy. She didn't explain anything detail, about the plan of our pregnancy or the result of Percept test, and when I asked her a couple of questions, she answered me very roughly as if it was annoying for her. I felt very bad, but in the next meeting, I also asked her a question about what will we do next for our pregnancy, she suddenly insulted me by saying, "You're very impatient. " I've never seen a doctor like this in my life and I don't want to see her again. The reviews looks like they don't even care about what people are saying in the reviews. I absolutely do not recommended this GP. I will do my best to let many people know about this online.

Love that they have such great opening hours and that they are bulk billed.

However, outside of that they are by far the worst GP I’ve ever been to.

So many doctors with English as a second language and they can’t understand what you’re asking for.

An Emergency Room nurse asked me to go get a referral to get my cholesterol checked.

Asked my doctor for the referral and he gave me a referral for thyroid, glucose, haemoglobin and other things I’d already been tested for, but not the one test I needed. Experiences like this have happened many times and this most recent one will be my last visit.

As for the receptionists, at any given time there are 3 of them there, some are very rude while others are quite nice but all of them are extremely difficult to deal with. Took me 2 whole days of 10 phone calls to get emailed a simple referral.

Very frustrating. I’ve always gone to a bulk billed clinic but I guess it’s true that you get what you pay for.
