The only clinic that would take in a new patient at very short notice. So appreciate as my little girl had bronchitis and was coughing persistently. Turned away so many times despite appointments available. So frustrating and worrying for parents who need their children seen by a doctor. Thanks again!

I could not fault my telephone consultation with one of the Medi-7 Clayton doctors. The call was right on time, doctor was friendly and easy to talk to, doctor quickly understood why I had made the appointment, doctor quickly accessed medical records and was able to help me. The consultation was not rushed, but was finished in less than 5 minutes. I have no suggestions on how the consultation could be made any better.

It was a great move I had made 8 years ago, when I switched from a previous Doctors' Clinic, to Medi7 Clayton.

Always have been very well looked after, on every appointment.

Dr Tonnu, Dr Masumi, (Dr Alamdari in the past) and others, are all great GP's.

Myself, my husband and 3 children have attended this clinic for nearly 28 years. The doctors there have helped us with many conditions. And also the nurses and physio. Excellent care all round. Also a great service, being open at nights and weekends. Would definitely recommend.

How wonderful to have Medi7 Clayton. The staff are so professional, friendly and organised. Entering the premises is like visiting friends. And the nursing staff are incredible, making sure I have great health plans, and they give the best injections. They really care. Thanks to all the staff- you make such a difference in our lives. And you have worked so hard throughout the pandemic keeping us alive and well.

Patient since 2015. Thankfully they are not my GP Clinic. Honestly this place is good only if u need a quick prescription or treatment for for cold & fever.

However my brief experience with Dr. Maria Paiva, Dr. Fah Bee Kok, Dr. Bill Woods and Dr. Vahid Masoumi has been really great. They are the only ones in my experience who would listen to a patient concerns and would put every effort to investigate. I would give them 5stars.

Dr Vahid Masoumi did a fantastic job addressing my ear issues.

Dr Leila Kohan is also great and I am unsure why she has a few negative review on here as my experience with her is she is caring, diligent and a highly skilled Doctor.

As a hot headed person, front staff have always helped and calmed me down by explaining a situation as best as they can. I must say they have more patience than I.
Dr Weisman is a wonderful and straightforward lady and I respect her honesty because in life you can't always get what you want all the time. Keep up the good work and ethics Ladies.

The reception staff are very courteous and professional. The only issue is the long wait time for reception to pick-up.
The doctors are excellent, both knowledge wise and patient in listening.

The doctor was rude, and dint even gave the medical certificate I asked for. Quick to take money but dint bother to do their own work. Not a nice experience.

Phenomenal clinic and awesome staff they treat you like family are you feeling sick cause this clinic will make you feel better and well in no time best clinic In Australia.i had dressing everyday for my breast cancer and all the nurses and make nurse were spectacular and best sergury room and great seating and whole company is fantastic thanx to everyone that goes there even though sometimes they can be behind in appointment they make it up to you with the way they treat you none of the doctors and nurses and staff and receptionist have any floors they are all awesome and being behind in appointment is ok just be patient maybe call ahead to see when you will be seen it's even easier if you book Ur appointment online on hot doc app

I have been coming to this clinic for more than 25 yrs, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the duty of care is very high. All the doctors keep appointments on time. The clinics also has Melbourne pathology very handy to have blood test done. There is also nurse on site that does the after care of patients who have had surgery or minor care like looking after wounds and stitches and also taking obs for doctors to see. There is also help with a psychologist and physiotherapy for patient care. The clinic is also a bulk billing. Highly recommended

Dr Bella Weisman was extremely rude, uncaring and dismissive. I don’t usually post reviews, but want to warn people to avoid her and avoid this clinic.

Staff at reception were very helpful and doctor Hesam was exceptional. All in all a very good experience. Thank you

I had a bad experience with Dr Efendy few months ago. I was consulting her and she didn't have time to listen to my problems. As she told she doesn't have time to listen to my medical issues. Is this the right way to treat. Doctors should have patience to listen to their patients. She should realise that it's not number of patients a day. It should be a good care for each patients.
And also the appointments are not on time. We should wait for more than one hour for our consultation. As same as doctors we patients also have precious time.

After reading all of the reviews I nearly cancelled my appointment. I’m glad I didn’t - my experience on Sunday (10 April) was great. I was seen by Dr Fatemah Kohan who was very helpful. The nurse on call that day (I wish I asked her name!) was very friendly.

Amazing clinic, the best doctor is DR farshad me and my son see him, very kind and professional. My daughter sees dr Efendy she’s lovely. I’ve been coming here for 12 years!

Got my 3rd dose here. The staff were friendly and professional and the whole process was very quick and easy.
