My Mecca experience was disgusting, I am a 17 year old girl who went into the store to buy an eyeshadow palette and I was treated poorly as soon I walked in I didn’t get greeted and was immediately followed all around the store because they thought I was going to steak and it made me feel horrible

Couldn’t thank Sally highly enough for taking the time with me and helping me choose a foundation! She was very knowledgeable and spent the time going step by step through the process.

I cannot speak highly enough about the staff at Mecca Highpoint. But there’s one amazing Team Member that stands above the rest.
If you ever feel as though you’re having issues with your skin care, Claudia is the number one Skin Care Specialist in the country.
I have never received better advice and customer service at any other store than I have from Claudia. I will continuously go back every week just so that I can praise her and all her knowledge. She is now my new best friend!

Disappointing! Couldn’t find anyone to help me then admonished for trying to find my own products. Felt like I was an inconvenience

After they renovated the store, the service has been amazing.couple of years ago when i came in they seemed very snobby and properly thought i wasnt going to buy anything and was just ignored me during my visit. Came back again the other week and service was great.loved how they have a central person whom can communicate with everyone - super efficient.

Constantly got asked by the same girl if i 'needed a hand' when I had told her multiple times i was fine just browsing.

Best service! Love how staff immediately know the product I need & will assist in helping me to find it.

Recently I visited the Highpoint Mecca store with it being my first ever Mecca Maxima experience and all I can say is WOW! A lovely young girl named Christina assisted me with finding amazing products for me to try as I’m not one really to use makeup often. Although she stated she has just recently started at Mecca, she did not make me feel intimidated nor embarrassed for my lack of makeup knowledge! She was a great help in matching me with foundation and I’m loving the product. I will be back, Thanks Mecca Highpoint!

Most amazing service by all of the girls at the store today! Had poor service at another beauty store, was so disappointed cause I work for and love the company, and these girls made it all better even with how busy it was! Olivia had the most amazing service and helped my friend find the perfect wedding foundation, another girl helped me find an amazing gloss and showed me so many options and was completely honest! And another helped out my other friend with skincare! Shopped with Mecca many times and this team is by faaar the best I've come across and wish it was my local!
