Received amazing service from a beautiful worker named Izabella, she was so helpful and made my shopping experience so much easier!

Was at your store on 21st December, this was my first time I ever walked into a Cosmetic store. It’s for my girlfriend and I have no clue about any of the products. Sarah grace one of the girls in the store helped me a lot she spoke to my girlfriend asked her what she is looking for precisely and helped with the shades and everything. “Sarah you are exceptional, your customer skills top-notch. ” You are the reason I am writing this review and giving the store a 5 star. Give her a pay raise.

Store is lovely and great range but staff are rude and unapproachable. Normally doesn't deter me, but after being spoken to in the way I was yesterday I won't be returning. Sort it out, Mecca, not good enough.

I have never been to mecca and wanted to buy everything. I was served by Aisha and her customer service was 1000/10. Literally this girl just knew what products to use on my face. I honestly bought everything. Thank you and hope there more people out there like you

Was at your store on Thursday and was struggling to find some eye pallets to suit my skin tone and a young girl by the name of Lisa Wilson came to help me, she picked the perfect colours for me from your hourglass range,
I am so happy with them and i have had comments on how nice my eyes look.
Lisa was such a delightful person and certainly knows her product.

The store was great, I was approached a few times by employees who wanted to help me.
I was saddened to witness the Mecca attendant in the skincare section be openly degrading and rude to the cleaner who was working in the shop. She spoke to the cleaner like she was second class. The cleaner told the skincare assistance she was finished wiping the shelves (I had seen her wiping these thoroughly doing a great job 15 minutes prior). The shop attendant snapped at her and said something along the lines of "what do you want me to do I can't clean for you" and proceeded to say something out of earshot in a negative tone. I felt truly awful for this woman. This Mecca employee should be ashamed, she's perpetuating an outdated narrative of class, speaking to a cleaner like they were less worthy of kindness. I hope you can provide further training to your employees on how to treat all humans in their workplace as equals.

I usually go to MECCA Highpoint every fortnight & am always greeted by the lovely ladies doing make up. Great customer service & constantly cleaning the items & make up tools & assisting me with my queries on their products & items I’ve bought.

The two stars are for the lack of stock, support & no care attitude of management when their staff ask whether more stock of a particular item will arrive. This has happened in the past few times I’ve been to MECCA Highpoint…it’s always the same excuse’s.

So now I’ve resorted ordering MECCA online which is a lot better. There’s always stock available & my order arrived within 3 days of purchasing online plus two bonus free items (which doesn’t happen when I shop in store)

How do you describe perfect customer service? Not once, not twice but multiple times. Consistently.
The customer service at Mecca Highpoint is second to none (all Mecca's in fact). I've been in multiple times and served my multiple people and every time I leave satisfied. They are always fully stocked and in the rare circumstance that they aren't or sold out they will hunt it down for you or find it online.
They give personalised recommendations by asking a few targeted questions. They are not trying to upsell you - sometimes they even joke about it! It's always personalised and they genuinely seem to care about what you need and how they can help.
They are always busy and I've never had trouble finding a consultant. I'm greeted at the door, I've always been offered service and of course a basket.
At the counter I'm always reminded where I am on my Beauty Loop (Mecca's rewards program) and if I have something owning to me.
Every department is clean and neat and everything recovered nicely.
Well done to the store manager for your level of customer service at the Highpoint store other brands should take note.

I was helped by a wonderful staff member here. She gave me an amazing colour match and other product suggestions. We didn’t exchange names, but she did mention she’s Egyptian! Thank you very much.

I had a really great experience at mecca the other day. I was looked after by Ellen and she was super knowledgeable about the best ingredients and products suited to my skin type. She helped me add a few extra products to my skin care routine and provided me with some small samples to try at home before making any purchases. I really enjoyed the experience and will definitley be back!

I am not so confident when it comes to makeup but I was served by Jess (from what I remember) amazing customer service, she was very lovely and helpful.

Tegan served me at the perfume counter tonight and her energy and enthusiasm was wonderful. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

Was very impressed. I was looked after by Fran who has the most exemplary attitude towards customer service. She went above and beyond to answer all my questions and explained everything to me patiently. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Prompt and friendly virtual service - so impressed with Mecca’s customer service during this time and the woman who helped me on the phone at Highpoint was great - and I now am having something shipped to me that was sold out online:)

I highly recommend Jess from the Highpoint store for her assistance in finding the right nude lipstick!
She recommended lipsticks across different brands to match my lip penciln particularly velvety mattes to suit my easily dried lips. I ended up buying the lip balm and one of the brownish nude shades she recommended, even though it's not something I usually go for!
I will definitely come back when I'm in need of a new lipstick.

Shout out to hillary for her great customer service and patience with us! Asked another girl for the same help to check if something was in stock and she straight away without checking said “no” yet hillary went above and beyond to find it for us to purchase! Thank you hillary

As someone who doesn’t wear makeup often walking into stores like Mecca can be a bit daunting. Massive shoutout to Eliana who was so great, made me feel really comfortable and recommend products based on what I was looking for and not what’s “popular”. Couldn’t recommend paying the store a visit highly enough! Really lovely team!
