Just wow. I went in for a summer glow session and after some confusion (most likely my lack of communication skills) I ended up Amrita. She guided me through the look and showed me step by step what to do. Talk about talent! She just nailed it. I can confidently say that I have never looked so good. Everything she chose was perfect and I’ve either bought the products or they are on my wish list. She answered ALL of my million questions, corrected my foundation shade and educated me on the best products on my skin. The level of detail I received was second to none. All staff at Mecca stores are amazing but I just have to shout out Amrita. She’s changed my outlook on make up and skin care and actually, I’ve never felt more confident to try it on my own. Thank you so much, Mecca! You have some real gems working for you!

Went here to get colour matched for bare mineral powder after using their foundation and the girl had zero idea what she was doing. After 20 minutes of scrambling and colour matching at its worst she told me to go online and look at the chart there. Dropped everything else in the basket and left. Worst experience I’ve ever had at Mecca and wouldn’t expect to go “online to colour match” I’ve never heard of this before! Have you? Such a joke.

Staff are rude and don’t help you locate products they just tell you it’s not available even though it says it is available online. Also in my recent experience the girl at the door didn’t let me enter the store to buy something because it was in the last 10 minutes even though I knew what I wanted and was going to be quick. If your website says closes at 5pm it should actually close at 5pm. Very disappointing experience as it was my favourite store to shop at. I will probably just stick to online ️

Amazing team of ladies there at Highpoint! Simone especially was so helpful finding me the perfect shades of lipsticks, couldn’t help but splurge out and get all the ones we found together! Thanks Simone!

I cannot praise the team at Mecca Highpoint highly enough. I had a make up lesson with Carmen, and I have never been more impressed, and thankful for the service I received. Carmen was kind, understanding, patient, and worked with me to feel more comfortable with everything I was learning. Every incredible person who worked there that I interacted with was kind, approachable, and made me feel so at ease. They are professionals, yet they made me feel like a welcomed friend. I left feeling incredible, and at no point did it feel like a sales pitch, or that I had to purchase any more than my redeemable lesson fee.
If you are looking to learn more about make up application, I cannot recommend this service enough. Book the 90 minutes, even for a more natural look, as the time goes quickly.

They pic and choose who they want to serve and help only Katie every time we walk in she greets us and asks if we need help highly recommend her with he service her smile is contagious but the girls there really nwed to take their heads ot if the sands and to stop making it out they are above everyone when they are not

Absolutely incredible service! Needed pregnancy/hormonal skin advice and was helped by the most friendly lady who had so much knowledge and great suggestions. Gave me 3 full samples to use to help me decide. Couldn’t recommend more.

I had a young lady named Jess help me in store today. Her customer service was impeccable, knowledge on products and advice/recommendations for my skin type was amazing. I have only left one other review in my life, and that was today about how horrible Sephora customer service was. Whoever is running Mecca highpoint has a great eye for hiring and training great staff. As I looked around the busy store I just see customers and staff members smiling and chatting and having fun trying makeup. Being management in retail myself, I know the importance of making the customer feel important and listened to, and unfortunately that is something that is severely lacking these days. Big kudos for Jess specifically, and I do hope the employers give her the recognition she deserves.

Olivia was the best service I’ve ever had at any Mecca! She was so knowledgeable, enthusiastic and welcoming and answered every question I’ve ever had about skincare so thoroughly. She’s a delight! Helped both me (with dry skin) and my friend (with oily skin) round out our skincare routine and genuinely listened to all of our needs and concerns. I’ll definitely be back to get more help from her soon!

Megan was also a great help in makeup and was great to hear Steph is able to help customers in sign language!

I came in looking to buy a foundation for my wedding and the lovely Bridget was so helpful! Thank you Bridget for making me feel a million bucks, and for showing me how to apply makeup. Hope she gets the recognition she deserves.

I went into the fragrance section at Mecca Highpoint on the 17th to test out some perfumes before I started work and I was so happy with Angela’s recommendations! She was friendly, sweet and helpful and showed me a fragrance combination I would have never thought to pair together but it smelt so good! Thank you Angela!

Yesterday I was served by the lovely Olivia. She was so knowledgeable and nothing seemed too hard of a task for her. I don’t know too much about the world of beauty and it can feel quite overwhelming at times but she made me feel at absolute ease with her bubbly energy. I cannot wait to return with my daughter!

I was wearing just a plain shirt when I
visited this store. Surprisingly not even 1 person asked me or assisted me. They only assisted the ladies who look rich. Doesn’t bother me but second time I went there still the same experience. Also, no one answers your phone for inquiries.

I was served by Monique and she was absolutely lovely! I’m very new to make up but she was more than patient with me which was very appreciated.

I had the pleasure to be serviced by Angela who was so sweet and bubbly! She gave me genuine reccomendations for products and was super amazing. Huge shoutout to you guys as I know this type of work isn't easy to stay so upbeat the whole day!

We came in looking for Christmas presents, we were very lost and confused as there were so many products but a staff member called Amber went above and beyond in helping us find the perfect presents! She made the experience very enjoyable and had amazing customer service!
