It was a good one until this year, making wrong burgers, mess up orders, store manager has “I don’t care” attitude, missing items, wrong coffee.you name it. Reported my feedback to headquarters too
Many items not available and they did not put the onions on the loaded chips.
Second time around and ordered the spicy chicken clubhouse for just under $9 and again they did not put any onions! Twice in a row. If I pay for a $9 burger which lists onions I expect you to honour the ingredients advertised. Guys if you buy anything from this place check it before you leave to make sure it's correct.
Generally a good place to eat at. Service can be slow at times but it is a good place to grab a quick bite!
I went there several times this month until I found a hair (hopefully) in the garden salad. Not sanitary. Gross.
Absolute joke, Took 10 minuets to get my food, order was wrong, called them up and it was my fault for coming at a busy time. Pathetic
They are not 24x7 customer Service people. They tell us ya they are open only for dRive thru. Please mention it On your board and stop acting rudely.we are Mac as customers and don’t expect rude behaviour from you people.
#Get your Signs right
A trick, get "Grill" on your meal- add or minus an item and tell them you will wait in "bay" for fresh fries. It's totally worth it. If you ask, staff will wait whilst they check your meal to make sure it's correct and fresh.
Just witnessed the most disgusting display of authority by one of the managers to another worker. This manager happens to be quite young (around 20) and male. This manager first proceeded to attempt to distract this worker who I believe was the person working on drive through but she was up the front in store taking my order. Then, once she went back to drive through, this manager started yelling about her to other workers because his distraction had made the drive through become blocked up. Incredibly unprofessional.
Need some update but otherwise it's a go to place for our family to get my little one exercise (on the playground), tire himself out with a little treat.
Check your take away orders folks. Maccas quality assurance is not what it used to be. Simple large double chilli quarter pounder had only single layer quarter pounder inside. And I thought I had chosen a better branch
The food was good but the service was extremely slow and the restaurant was really messy and dirty. I suspect it is more of a drive through McDonald's option for most people
One of the worst coffees I have ever had from a McDonalds anywhere, as a former sales rep I’ve had a lot of coffee from maccas but this one went in the bin. I’m not one to normally complain over coffee but you need to send your barista back to training.
I have waited for 20 minutes for just a meal. Pretty awkward. I wish, to shake my hand with the manager.
They make me wait in the waiting bay EVERY SINGLE TIME I drive through. Terribly small, cramped carpark.
