This is so terrible After waiting for 50 minutes and didn’t get what i customised in burgers this is not first time. Your kitchen staff need to be careful what they have on the screen and make the right order.

I placed customised order and i got nothing in that.simply waste of money and irresponsible service

This McDonalds is terrible. If you order ANYTHING after lunch time, make you sure you ask for everything everything fresh or they'll give you some old as food that's been sitting in the heater for over an hour. Seriously 80% of time I order here I get stale food, hard bread and cheese, dry meat. It's disgusting. Take your money elsewhere.

Modern recent refit style McDonald's with Mc Cafe and Playground. It's located in quite a busy area so parking might be tight especially in the drive thru area which can get quite congested with people driving through and trying to exit the car park. When I visited late afternoon weekday it was quiet and we were served quickly. Meals were delivered to the table and were hot and fresh with crispy chips. Staff who served me was cheerful and smiling, especially the Barista who made our coffees, which were excellent.toilets were very clean and everything worked. Our orders were delivered directly to our table which was a nice touch!

I quite like this McDonalds. It’s usually busy but not overcrowded. The problems are with understaffing? Resulting in poor cleanliness of tables and in particular the toilets although, this seems to be an issue with most McDonalds. Even if they have enough staff, cleanliness doesn’t seem to be a high priority.

They frequently forget to put items in at this McDonald's. Make sure you check your order before driving away.

Great staff tonight! I attempted to order though the app, which was an absolute disaster.
I had to go into the store, grumpy after a 12 hour shift, and was met by lovely and accommodating staff who sorted things straight away! Thanks guys!

Chips cold and soggy
Burger slapped together with so little care you had to remove it piece by piece and make it yourself just to be able to pick it up. Angus meat so dry it tasted like powder. Worst meal I've ever had at a mcdonalds. Will not be returning to this one.

EDIT - I've been to this macdonalds 4 times and each time they have got my order wrong each time.
The burgers are cold, fries are stale and service is terrible. Training is MUST for this macdonalds.

RUDE MANAGER!
We had my son Basketball late lunch and presentation celebration today 27 March 2021. After COVID lockdown and no matches for the whole year, it was great to see the kids are happy having a meal with their friends.
My son and his friends order their meal and waited, the other been serve though they order after us. I went up to the counter and ask where's my son and his friends order, and was told they don't have it, staff called the manager and informed that they missed the order. The manager was so rude telling us that the ticket was 35minutes ago, and that was already old, which it doesn't make sense what he mean old! I told the manager, that's how long they been waiting for 35minutes, he keep on going saying that the order was wrong or not the right one, and even asked me where did I get the receipts, very offensive. I understand it's a busy place and we did wait but for 35mins, and questioning where we get our receipts and telling us it was already old, that's a very poor customer service, particularly coming from a manager.
Starting with apology for the delayed would be appreciated, and fix the problem.
I will not recommend this place to all friends and families, the tables are full of rubbish too and we have to clean it before we can sit.

Highly untrained staff and management, Slow service on drive-thru and mostly they want me to wait on parking spot just for few items and still they forget or replace item in my order so I need to recheck my order all the time, I raised this issue to McDonald’s head office couple of times but no response as usual.

Laziest, slowest service ever seen in Mac Donald's in Australia. It has nothing to do with mac donalds standards, its the employees. Most of the time sauce is missing or the wrong burger. They are just so rude and unprofessional. So, i waited in the drive away to order for good 5 mins, no body attended the speaker. I moved to the next window (payment window), no body seems to be there. Finally i went to the third point (food pick up window), this young girl, i told her that i waited long enough and no body responded so i had to move to the next window to order. Instead of apologising for the lazy service, she starts arguing. Shame on you kids. I always wonder what the future holds for you. Good luck.

Service with a smile. Friendly server, friendly check out dude. Food was piping hot and fresh. Coffee was yummy. Did you know McDonald’s does table service now? Wow, amazing. So cool

Good maccas. Food came fast and well presented unlike some maccas out there that are just plain sloppy!

Have waited 30 minutes for a grand Big Mac. Others have waited 30+. I understand that you are busy but there was no courtesy or apology or empathy. Multiple orders returned to the kitchen incorrect by many customers. Very disappointing

One of my favourite fast foods in the WHOLE World is fresh fries from McDonalds, however this has changed after I visited McDonalds in Vermont South. In drive thru, I politely asked for the fries to be fresh and the staff said no problem and put me in the waiting bay which usually means the fries are going to be made fresh! After a 5 minute wait, The fries arrived and I took a bite; I was so let down by the quality of the fries that I could not eat them. I took a photo but couldn’t attached it here. On the bright side the McDonalds at Whitehorse/Springvale road take pride in their quality so I recommend the locals to go and eat there.

Last visit was terrible, they stuffed up my order, chips where disgusting, cold and rubbery, burgers where awful, half the filling was in the box, will not be returning to this store

Literally every single time I have been here, I have had to park in the waiting bay to wait for my food.

Got an order of slow, with a side of minimum chips. Sure takes a while to cook something to medium warm.
