McDonald's Vermont South

Went to this McDonald’s, and the bathrooms were disgusting. The female toilets were closed and the ambulant toilet had no toilet paper. The men’s toilets were horrific and smelt disgusting.

It's a McDonalds.
Let's be honest the food is McDonalds standard nothing world beating but consistently the same day in day out.
The service over the years has always been good (on my visits).
In general the staff try to clear the tables as often as "possible" depending on how busy the store is.

Vermont McDonald's living up to hype, some degenerate eshay probably threw this together. To many times has this happened. The time before this they didn't know how to make a McFeast. It came with just a patty and onion. It's just horrible! Shut this dump down!

SLOW DOWN making FAST FOOD!

Was ordering some mccafe snacks and you could not sit anywhere the restaurant was a disgusting mess every table on the floor on the bench. When l told the manager someone needs to clean this place up you couldn't even sit anywhere she said yes we have just had a rush. Well McDonald's you need to do some retraining at this venue it was an absolute mess this is a reflection of how it's managed

Super rude, got food from the drivethur and employee did not say a word while giving me my food

I was waiting 20 minutes to order some food.the workers did not pay attention to me at all.they didn’t ask me to use the self ordering system but instead didn’t even look at me.it takes two seconds to let a customer know they cannot take my order.

The staff did not put the discount code through and when another staff ask the manager for help he say unfortunately we can’t do anything about it. Lollllll

Typical McDonald's, but I didn't enjoy my last outing last week.
One day, you get fresh burgers and fries. The next day, the burgers rock hard, cold, and dry. Unacceptable, really.
Kinda regret not asking for a new burger.

My wife ordered 3 burgers plus an apple pie. When we drive thro pick them up, there is no apple pie.

During the day this McDonalds is great and I would almost say it’s the best maccas in town. The biggest let down is if you go in after 6pm, then the service and quality control drops dramatically and the errors in my orders increase 10 fold.

Always a fun experience going to this McDonald’s - what will they leave out of my bag? How many wrong burgers am I going to get? Will everything be inedible?

Was served by the rudest girl… didnt even speak while serving and then continued to close the drive through window in my face

Do not visit this McDonald's between midnight & 5am. Asked for fresh chips & got disgusting brown stale one's. The burger was drowned in sauce & fell apart after 2 bites. Either Staff don't know what they're doing or don't care.

Where do I start. I ordered from here for breakfast. 3 McMuffins and 2 hash browns. To say that this was food would be a lie. Upon getting our bag we were missing a McMuffin, poor start as we had to ask for the other. The McMuffins had not been toasted and the cheese was so cold it seemed as though it just came out of the fridge. The hash browns were just cold bricks of potatoes, practically raw might I add. They in a compensation remedy gave us 3 more hash browns to make us feel better, it did not. They were the same as the others already given, possibly worse as now we have excess hash browns to dispose of. Overall I am an unsatisfied customer, though I’m sure I will be back.

Been going here since i was in primary school, am an adult now, the service and messing up of orders has never changed in all these years.was brought to my tipping point today when i paid extra for tomato, received no tomato, sibling bought chocolate shake, they forgot the chocolate, last week other sibling paid for chicken burger, no chicken in burger.how? So many instances over the years, there are better mcdonalds 5 mins away go there not here.

This is the Crown of McDonalds, because out of about 7 orders I've had the displeasure of ordering all 7 of them have had significant issues with the orders, ranging from missing all the fries from 4 meals, to missing burgers, to cheese-less cheeseburgers and my personal favourite a mcChicken where they've managed to forget the actual chicken. Put your order through! What you'll get? No one knows! At this point I'm convinced the staff either has an ongoing competition in who can mess up an order the most without a complaint/return, or this is a ploy by management to bolster their bottom line.

Got my order and it was wrong got home and the fries were cold didn't eat them why can't they get things right and do things properly that will never happen as doing it right take time and the costs money so it will never happen it is profit all cost the corporate way $$$$$

The drive through is hope less left half the order out I shouldn't have to check its not rocket science

I decided to go here, Because it was my sons birthday. (I didn't really wanna be there) I ordered my son a happy meal And I noticed a worker spit in the burger I was disgusted I called it out and he started screaming saying "Shut up stop lying for free food" And kicked me and my son out of the store no refund or anything and they threw a soft serve at my kid.

Came here for a midnight snack as it is said that it’s open 24hr but staff inside the restaurant is refusing to take my order. If you ever wonder to get a midnight snack, this is not the place for it.
