Worst McDonalds in the area. Every single order they make you wait for nearly 10 minutes in the waiting bay. Or there’s missing something.

Last time I went there they made me wait for 15 minutes and then came back saying they don’t have the items.

Do yourself a favour and go elsewhere

What’s the difference between a double quarter pounder which I wanted and a mc spicy. Terrible service, they make us park for fresh fries which we never got when they bought the meal bags out to the car park the first time and then get home to find they have given the wrong burger as well.never shopping there again! Quality management out the window.

Every single time I visit this store, there is a problem. Very bad management.double charging (claiming not receiving payment from app, and charged me again at counter), no apologies, and told me to sort out with my bank?
so many times there was no ice cream.
Today I visit here bought some Sundaes over app. I chose to collect at counter. There was an issue in mcdonald's end after i sent payment, I went inside to check my order. Manager told me to that I HAVE TO go drive through.well, there was an option to collect inside I don’t get it why I HAVE to go drive through. He did not listen.regardless me being repeating, I chose to collect inside. He has no idea what he is doing and calling me at fault? Why am I at fault I’m ordering what I’m ordering with my option to collect inside! After long run he said there is a problem because of the Mcchicken deal. I’m not ordering the deal. Then he said some function isn’t working because of the deal. So there you go! Your problem ending up I’m the one at fault? ! Very rude. There was No apologies. He treated me like a kid did something wrong! Go home and bully your own child!

A massive 5 stars for the drive thru staff tonight at 8.30pm who helped us with a gluten free McFlurry for our Coeliac daughter, very much appreciated

Generally good and great location. Only had mouldy apple slice once and missing coffee in drive thru order.

10/10 best McDonald’s in Melbourne. Always hot chips and good salt ratio. Solid mcchicken with the right amount of sauce. What more could you ask for? Going to miss this place as my boyfriend is moving away from here

Female staff always reluctant to give a drinks tray for multiple drinks and to place the drinks on the tray. I ALWAYS have to ask for one and left to finish it myself, when they are getting paid to do their job! Handing a drinks tray to customers should be common sense! Don't know how they expect me to carry 6 drinks plus meals with only two hands each time! Train your staff in common sense!

They finally remembered the NAPKINS this time, which was a cherry on top. I srsly wouldn't care if we weren't EATING IT IN THE CAR!

We go there at least twice a week after golf. Love the staff. Special thanks to Ben for always being a nice person. Merry x mas All.

If you want plastic shards in your Chocolate Frappe order here, I have ordered it for more than 4 times and i always get plastic shards in the drink. I swear to god im going to die early because of this.

Extremely poor customer service. Drove past a window which was closed and when I approached the next window was asked to drive around again to make payment which I declined as was unsure why staff was not at the first window in the first instance.

Majority of the times there is always something wrong with the order.

Fast, efficient and friendly. Food is what you get at any other Maccas but prepared with more care to presentation.

Probably my fav Maccas to get my coffee from, and one time on Easter last year one of the staff gave me chocolate eggs and it was so sweet!

I love how the stuff hold strongly to customer satisfaction, keep up the good work and God bless.

Cancelled my order after waiting for an hour at 3 o’clock at night.what’s wrong with the people who are working there.should someone go to bed without food?

We waited over ten minutes for our meal that they messed up spectacularly.it was 6.30 in the morning.

One of the slowest McDonald's in Victoria, don't come here if you are in rush. Come here if you have a whole day to waste.
