74Decided to try table service, what an amazing experience it was. The server Nathan is a lovely happy guy who delivers service with a bright smile, he's the kind of server McDonalds should desire to keep inorder to ensure the table service as smooth as it was today.
Possibly the most schmick macas I've been into actually- even has cushions and well thought out interior design
Just like every other maccas. Coffee is Luke warm at best. Always need to heat it up before drinking it. Cool/cold milk.
This has to be the quietest and best McDonalds I have visited, they even have cushions on the sofa style seats. Staff are friendly and the tables ARE CLEAN
Sorry but your coffee was the worst McDonald's coffee ever. Usually enjoy them but it was quite bitter.

Only being a fairly new McDonalds, I thought I would drop in for a quick snack, I ordered a fillet o fish and a diet cola, the staff were very friendly, and my meal was hot and delicious 10/10
WE made the mistake on our drink order and accidentally ordered the wrong ice chocolate thing the worker Nick kindly made us new drinks with no charge even tho it was our fault. Fantastic customer service. Thank you soo much.

I love this McDonalds. Everytime you go there they have enough staff. The staff are friendly and helpful. I go to McDonalds around Bourke
Street alot and they don't have enough staff and force you to order from the automated systems. Here, the drive thru is always busy (but really quick). The restaurant itself is always clean, excellent facilities. They treat every customer really well. It my favourite McDonalds to go to.
Quite possibly the best Macca's in Australia. Every. Single. Time. It's a perfect experience with the freshest Macca's I have ever eaten bar when I used to make my own burgers at Blackburn South haha.
Big Mac was warm not hot. Toilet roll dispenser too close to floor. Too hard to get to for person with sore back. Fillet of fish was hot and enjoyable.
They’re all always lovely here particularly Lakeisha! My kids love Lakeishas friendly chats and hi fives! There not one fault in their customer service! Quick easy service with a cool lil playground for the kids too

I've spent a good hour in there and had the opportunity to observe, and while doing so, I found one employee by the name of HEIDI outstanding in her customer approach, her style of engaging her customers etc. It was a pleasure being served by her.
