McDonald's Pakenham South

Although near the roundabout, not very easy to get in and have to drive longer than expected if you are driving on the otherside.

Went to get 10 nuggets drive thru and waited for more than 10 or 15 minutes. And I am the only car there. They forgot about my order and was left sitting at the ready area. Did not do anything else for me and what is worse, she gave me 2 coupon for a free fries and free sundae.but guess what.they expired in December.seriously we are in February 5th 12: 30am.so basically it's just to brush me off as I was really angry.my nuggets are not hot anymore. Also, they charged me for siracha sauce when it should be free. I always got it for free.not my first time having nuggets from this outlet. It is been going downhill over the last few months.

I will go claim the coupon in the coming days and I am sure there will be trouble.

So much better than Fountain hate store. Clean, clean toilets with soap dispensers that work. Staff friendly and efficient. Called in for coffee and a snack

This site is understaffed with only 2 staff. Was very slow and never recommend to come to this Macca's branch. Got charged for our order and the persons order behind us. Absolutely hopeless service and the time we waited for the order, we could have cooked it ourself. Maccas is supposed to be fast food isn't it.

Wish their hamburgers were as great as they look. Very disappointed. Also, the table was filthy and ALL hand sanitisers were empty.

It's ok just another Maccas, just don't always expect to get your order right if your in the drive through. Funny enough this MacDonald's is also owned by the same person who own the one on Baldhill rd Pakenham, Visit either at your own risk.

Travelled around the country and we must compliment the manager and staff for this is the friendliest, fastest, freshest, cleanest and overall best maccas we've ever been to. Well done!

I've taken my kids a couple of times to eat in and have a play at this Mcdonalds and I can't fault them. The store is always so clean and well presented and the food is always so fresh and delicious!

Mcdonalds pakenham south is very nice and clean it is always busy when i go there. So that show you how good it is

The best maccas we've ever been to. Food came out almost as soon as ordered and was hot. Clean tables and floors. No rubbish waiting on tables.

Great customer service from Grace, thank you. But when asked to remove cheese from McVeggie burger she said "there's no cheese in it", when we pointed out the picture literally has cheese in it we were promptly ignored. Then we spent half the meal picking cheese off the burger patty.

Sad small burgers, thank you for reminding me that Maccas is awful.

Poor customer service, didn't even try and acknowledge my presence. Have been many times before and constantly get orders wrong. Absolutely would not recommend. Just go to one of the other 800 McDonald's in Pakenham alone.

My grandkids loves this mc donalds coz the play area is better than other maccas.so we have to go to this maccas to eat.they have excellent service with the customers

You need more staff in the morning. The most lowest service I’ve ever had. And this is every morning even when you guys are not busy.

You can just tell that everyone working there hates the manager.she was being quite rude to girl on register (who was training) and i could hear her yelling at the workers from the other side of the store for trying to do things in a more productive way.i only got five nuggets in my six pack but ya boi is too anxious to ask anyone about it.but hey, at least the set out is better than most maccas

Useless. Took 10 minutes to make our two orders when we were at the front of the queue, at 1 am. Then still somehow managed to mix up the orders despite having so much time to make them. They also forgot my drink, which I just let slide as I didn't wanna wait for another hour in drive thru.
Congrats guys, don't try and get a more challenging job though.

It's maccas, we all love it and then regret it later, lol. Quick service even when you order different things. Just too much salt on the yummy fries!

This is by far the nicest McDonald's I've been to. Clean, well organised, attractive, friendly staff. Big thumbs up to the staff and management!

Served on Saturday Morning by a very friendly, professional girl. She both took my money and served my food at the second window all the time with a smile. Very good customer service.
