Disappointed to see the majority of tables were dirty and the toilets were disgusting Food was good, service was great!

The best kept Maccas in town, clean, beautiful staff.no stress.bosses are obviously Looking after them.

The store was absolutely disgusting! Rubbish all over the food, rubbish and food scraps left on the tables, coke spilt on the floor that was left there for at least 20mins before my partner said something, pickles on the chairs, a bin was emptied while we were there then the full ribbish bag was left on the floor for at least 10 minutes before it was taken away.
My partner complained to the manager but he didn't seem to care.
I have worked in many McDonalds stores and I know what has to be done. It wasn't, there was 5 other customers in the store, drive thru wasn't busy.surely there was a free staff member that could have at least done some of the cleaning.

Constantly getting orders wrong, adding extras paying and not getting them. Substituting normal patty’s for quarter pounders. Not filling chips drinks or ice creams properly. Place is awful.

Coffee isn't ever consistent.food is over priced for what you get. Gluten free buns, options should be available by now

Food was wrong had to go back and get it corrected. The place was dirty and there was vomit on the floor near kids playground. Better to go through the drive through then dine in.

Every time I go to this store I think, I must write a review. The staff are always friendly, on the ball and always smile. They all look like they like their job and if they don’t, they don’t show it. Very professional. The food is always hot and fresh. I understand that they may not be as busy as other stores but a smile always gets noticed. Whoever managers this store should be proud.

Stuffed up my order and gave me the wrong food, and driving from out of town so can't go back and get it fixed very disappointed, while I was there a guy also came in and complained about his food

Seemed nice enough. Clean, lots of seats, plenty of parking. The only place in the area that looked good for lunch. Ordered via the self service. Makes it easier to decide. Had the chicken Caesar wrap, which was nice. Also had a Diet Coke. The first in a long time. So good. I do love the sparking water too and mostly get that when I can. Not a lot of fast food restaurants have it, which is annoying. We got the food delivered to the table too which was nice.

Lady at the counter didn't speak English. Bit difficult when I had to mime eating an ice-cream to order. When it finally came it was basically empty. I am very disappointed.

Slow and bad service. We waiting for driving through order for 15 minutes still not got any food.

7. Prompt service. Hardly waited for my order to be ready, even though there is rush. The staff are on their toes in terms of delivery and should be truly appreciated.

First time in a long time I've actually had a pleasant experience at McDonald's. They even have cushions on the lounges. Well done.

I have done a lot of Maccas in my time and this was one of the best I have found. Clean, chilled and friendly. A great place to break the drive to the coast.

Thanks for reminding me why I don't get muffins anymore. The bacon had the taste and consistency of cardboard.

Music being played was too loud. I had to repeat my order a couple of times. There is no need for it to be that loud!

Great experience tonight! The lady that bought our food was very friendly, all food items were there and fresh, and all food and coffee tasted great! Our daughter loved the kids area, and staff were seen regularly cleaning.

I ordered almond chai latte, but they made with full cream milk and there’s no cinnamon dust where I had the worst chai latte ever. I asked them back after I got the order they replied we don’t have almond milk and cinnamon dust.

It’s Maccas. If you don’t know what to expect then I don’t know what to tell ya. Staff are lovely,
