McDonald's Pakenham South

This recently built Maccas is right on a roundabout & an absolute pain to access/leave unless you're travelling in the right direction.

Brilliant and fresh. Fries filled to where they should be, sundaes filled nicely. Perfect, havent had maccas like this for a long long time. Thankyou.

Listening to the staff conversation while sitting having my coffee I think they need to lower there voices or perhaps not speak so inappropriately while at work, thank goodness I didn't have my kids with me.

Polite, fast service and fresh food all the time. For all the mediocre fast food in Pakenham, these guys are the most friendliest the food always hot. There's an older lady who works here, really friendly and helpful.

Burgers and nuggets were fine. But yet again, I was short changed in the drive-thru. Ordered 2 Cheeseburgers as a small meal and nuggets. Only one burger was given. Lucky we checked before driving off. This seems to be a problem across the board. Here, Sandown, Dandenong, Noble Park Springvale just to shame a few. You need to smarten up on order accuracy!

This McDonald’s is usually amazing, no complaints! But today was a terrible experience had. I waited who knows how long in drive thru at the speaker to be served mind you there were 2 cars on the other side served. Finally got their attention and was served although very apologetic i was charged full cost $50 and got a medium latte instead of a large, 1 of our strawberry shakes were 1/4 chocolate at 3/4 strawberry, The meal was taken home - 3mins down the road and it was cold. What an unexpected and disappointing experience.

Two lanes ordering through the drive through and they’re only taking orders from one lane. Can’t get out of the lane once you’re in it and serving 7 cars in the other lane before taking opposing lanes orders

Always has hot fresh food and is packed nicely. Efficient and effective working staff members. Well done to this Macca's team.

If I could do less stars I would, absolute trash! My bacon and egg mcmuffin was like eating a cold brick and my lid on my coffee was cracked and came off spilling halfway through my car! The staff taking orders have no customer service skills at all.

A good verify of food items from icecream to burgers to salads the the big Macs are very tasty but I am not a big fan of the bacon they have in their brekkie burgers but I really love the 70¢ ice cream cones

Normally good service here but just went through the drive though around 5pm and was told to wait in the waiting bay only to be served cold, soggy chips and old, dry burgers that had clearly been sitting there for awhile. Ended up just throwing out all the food, really disappointed

Advertised as a 24hrs but the past 2 times I've been (we're only a five minute walk away), the doors were closed and we were directed to drive-thru. The doors are supposed to be open until 12AM.

Went here today approx 11: 24am. Service was AMAZING, food was hot and fresh! Credit to the blonde girl on drive thru in the blue shirt you were awesome, polite and professional! Even remembered the BBQ sauce! You deserve the 5 star rating

Compared to some other Mecca's around South East Melbourne when you ask for a bunless burger Mecca's Pakenham south delivers. Great service.

Food was good, but drive thru did take longer than usual, despite there only being a couple cars and about 10.30pm

Good store, modern and friendly. Big let down is the playground has been closed for a long time, store manager advised unknown time when it will reopen.

Our local Maccas. The burgers are the best and they're chips are always hot. Dual lane drive through and heaps of staff always working

I have come in three times over the past three weeks and every time I order myself and both my kids a wrap, I always look into the kitchen to see who makes them and every time I have seen a tall male with dreadlocks. If you could please show this man recognition of how beautifully he makes his wraps please. Thank you!

Diego is so epic that he deserves a pay raise. When I ask him how to use the machine to order food he showed me step by step. So kind and friendly. More team members at McDonalds need to be like him. Very helpful young man. Give that man a pay raise he earnt it. Thanks Diego
