Ice cream machine not working, out of items, cold burger and/or chips, flat soft drink.
They really need to clean up their act.
Got 2 mcribs. Which are ment to be dripping with bbq sauce.know they are useless so asked for extra bbq sauce.they still gave me to dry arse mcribs with barely any sauce
McDonald’s what a company - good food cheap prices, anyone who doesn’t like McDonald’s doesn’t understand man they just don’t understand - 24 nuggets for under 10 bucks - what a ripper
Consistently slow service and average food compared to other McDonald’s stores. Staff don’t seem to know what they are doing and are very disinterested. Customer service is poor. Toilets need a lot of work as well. Won’t be back in a hurry that’s for sure.
One of the most baddest stores in Melbourne surburbs. Bad, stale quality of food and no working ethics. Took me bloody 30mins for just small cheese burger meal and that too cold food! Heights of irresponsibility and zero customer service
Brought tray of food around asked if needed any thing else came to check that all was well as i was busy watching car accident
As I have stated before Macca's shops are like Apple stores an unreal formula that suppresses but still allows you to offer maximum service and maximum pleasure to the customer. And most Macca's stores are on very similar properties except this one which they had to make do to suit the property. As usual the staff are very willing and happy to assist you the breaky was the usual Macca's quality and I enjoyed the layout of the store and the carpark with the unusual drive through
