67Orderd 3 chiken and cheese 1 fillet o fish and 2 hamburgers, i was told i had to wait it was going to take a while, no problem, so they made 3 fresh chiken burgers, and gave me a fillet o fish that looked like a blind person put it together then the bun is rock hard cant eat it, they also gave me cheese burgers instead of hamburgers, i still have them here im going back tomorrow, im sick of going back there its my 10th time, if i didnt have kids i would go back, if they were going t make me wait why didnt they make me all fresh in the first place, so 1 child had all fresh the other was crying, good on you maccas, NOT.pathetic
If you are in middle of your work and wanna grab a quick bite at McD instead of waiting for atleast an hour in other restaurants.
1 of out 3 times there’s something wrong with my order.
Moreover when I order a large fries the fries pack is half full which is a complete scam. Maccas has been slowly raising their prices while lowering the quality of their product and their “true” serving size for maximum benefit. Pathetic…
Wrong order/ missing items almost every time. They canceled my Uber eats order after having me waiting for 50 minutes. Probably the Employees don’t have brains.
Drive in service was simply appalling. After waiting 8 minutes to order we simply gave up (luckily there is a way to exit the queue). It was 10pm at night but that shouldn't be any excuse!
I always give 1 star to each McDonald's that fail to include napkins in drive thru and take away orders.
Always get my morning coffee from here.
Coffee is good and the staff are lovely and friendly and generally quick service.
One star off for the awful drive-thru arrangement which isn't their fault.
Regularly get home delivery from here as it is the default restaurant for the home delivery services and our children love the food. Unfortunately the order accuracy averages at 25%. Three out of every four orders we have placed have missing food items when they arrive. You regularly don't get what you pay for. This is extremely frustrating and you feel cheated as you are getting ripped off. There appears to be zero quality control. Why is it so hard to check that an order is complete before sending it out?
You don’t expect too much when you go to McDonald’s but this is by far the worst one I’ve ever been to.before the staff member handed me my food he wiped sweat off his forehead onto his hand and then passed me my food with sweat dripping down the bag which was absolutely disgusting and certainly not Covid safe
I paid to have a medium size drink but it was only 2/3 full so I was basically scammed.
For a fast food restaurant it shouldn’t have taken 10 minutes to make a meal when I was the only one waiting food.
All my life, I had felt like something was missing. But the moment I walked into McDonald's Malvern East, it finally clicked. Everything had been leading up to this moment. I ordered my food and it arrived at lighting speed. There was almost a golden aura flowing out of those beautiful chips, and the glorious juicy burger was screaming my name. Eating the food felt like heaven, truly an undescribable experience. I reccomend going here no matter the cost, everyone should experience this magnificent place.
Staff are very friendly and professional. Doing the best they can, which all anyone can ask for. Look forward to visiting again when I'm in the area.
A McDonald's that is extremely poor. I bought the combo at Doordash. Give me very few chips for the first time. The Second time, didn't give me fries.
Purchased takeaway on self service machine. Took my payment but could not issue receipt. Not the first time this has happened. The first thing they do is make McFlurries and Sundaes which they put on the counter and leave for a lengthy time to melt until they make the hot food. Then there is a wait while they try to provide a receipt. By the time I left, the Ice creams can just be poured down the sink and not really edible. This is not the first time this has happened. Perhaps they need to get the self serve machines printing receipts and make the Ice creams the last thing that they should do and not the first.
The staff put bacon in when I said no meat but were really sweet about it, replaced my meal and gave me a $10 voucher. I’m really happy with how they handled this vegetarian. Thanks:)
Customer service is too late, they doesn’t do the orders fast and they want only drive thru customers fast, they doesn’t care about inside dinein customers.
Most disappointing soft serves I’ve ever been served. Only half the size as usual and immediately dripping out the end of the cone. A minor thing to be annoyed about, but clearly no care was taken here.
Bad customer service. 11: 50am I went there almost 7 to 9 staff there. I wait 5 mins on counter lady come and say go to Cafe counter. I went there one guy taking taking order of coffe and than he leave behind counter. I wait 5 mins again.every staff member laughing and talking with each other no one come to serve me.than I decided not to eat here. I leave from there. Bad customer service.
In my opinion (yeah, I do not make statements like that like most Ausies do), this is #1 best Maccas that I've been to in VIC. The staff is always super friendly, welcoming, and positive. They treat you well and provide you with best quality customer service. Drive through delays, if any ever experienced, is rarity. The McCafe coffee is truly the best one amongst other branches that I've visited in VIC, so far. The place is also very clean and tidy. I only recommend making the traffic signs in the area more obvious or easier to see - especially the Give Way sign on the way out (can be placed lower so that drivers can actually see it) and the Do Not Enter sign at the drive away spot (can get bigger or illuminated). Worst macd.i have ever had.nobody want to work.every body just chitchatting.and talking to one other and frnd from outside.took 15 minutes to give me a coffee.
Pretty confusing carpark on which way is entry/exit, where to get in etc.
The place was tidy and plenty of places to sit, service wasn't great though.
First the digital machine didn't work for me so ordered through the cashiers, I got my meal and then my friend who used the digital machine and finished her order before me didn't get her meal for 10mins after me.
When we asked the staff, they said it was a wait on bacon.no one had said anything about this before we asked though.
So I guess, room for improvement, communication is key guys.
No complaints on the meal, exactly as I would expect
