Worst staff take years to prepare order. Kitchen staff is so unhygienic using same gloves to change bin and used to touch burgers.

This restaurant was incredibly dirty and an embarrassment. Such a disgusting place to eat in. I spoke to the person on the counter and was met with “we don’t roster one someone for from of house” so what you end up is rubbish everywhere, dirty tables and over flowing bins. Just disgusting

The drive through is a disaster, they barely manage to make every second order right, whether it’s missing or wrong food, getting a single instead of the double you paid for (today, again…), and even sometimes you get double when you order single, or just something you didn’t order (much more rarely!). Left alone the “guided” order, you can barely say a word while they’re suggesting various stuff… I know what I need, just listen and let me place my order!

Easily the WORST McDonalds I have been to! Couldn't do Frozen Fanta - disappointing but not unexpected. Parked in waiting bay for a Grilled Chicken burger at 2pm - possibly a good thing because at least it would be fresh. FOURTEEN minutes still parked waiting for food - take the kids out of the car and ENTER the store to find out whats going on. Ignored by all staff, including 2 in managers uniforms only to have a staff member brush past coming back INSIDE with what was obviously our order, which was beginning to tear through bag. Took 2 attempts to get attention of staff to ask if that was my order as I'd had to come in to look for it. The fries in the kids Happy meals were cold, I hate to imagine what the cheeseburger was like. My meal was missing fries, burger slapped together as if made by a toddler, and drinks were incorrect. ABYSMAL. Wish I could give minus stars.

I am a regular to Maccas. I came in to this place at around 8pm tonight. Staff are just walking and chatting but not attending me even though there is no one waiting in front of me. And some one leaving their shift observed and asked me, for which then he checked and told me there is a wait on this thing. Absolute worst reception at Maccas i have seen for the first time. Then she gave me apple pie and asked me to grab my hot choclate from barista counter on the other end.

I am incredibly upset because of the manager’s poor attitude and unwillingness to help me. I ordered a meal through the self-serve kiosk on 16th of June at 10: 15pm, but they lost my order. I stood at the counter for a really long time waiting for the food but nothing came! I asked one of the staff where my food was and showed her my bank transaction record on my phone but she rudely said “I can't see your order” and walked away to check CCTV. She didn't even check CCTV. Because she went off and came back so quick within less than 5mins and took more long time to call her area manager.   She looked very annoyed with my request.

Then, after another 10 minutes of waiting she came back and still said she could not see my order. So, I asked her then what should I do and she said that she needs to contact her area manager the next day to investigate which is ridiculous! For getting burger even I paid for? Wait until next day?

Why do I have to wait so long just for a $7.75 cheese burger meal? ! The solution she gave me was not a solution at all. She just wanted to have a fight with all of us.
All my friends had all gotten their orders and were waiting for me. They also even stood up and explained about this situation went wrong.

This Staff still repeated that I need to wait until the next day and she just ignored this situation.
One of my friends took a photo of this situation as well as it was very unrespectful.

The manager staff, she did not give me her name and nor details and even said, “privacy reason”? ! What kind of manager present this attitude to customer?
Instead of giving her details, she asked me to write my detail and said “my area manager will contact you tomorrow and investigate”. What a joke? You paid for meal and cannot get refund nor receive meal that you paid for.

She made situation worst and tried to go out of the problem points and argued back to me about the price was different by stating “ medium cheese burger meal is different price $8.75, but when I ordered through self-service, i chose medium cheese burger meal and went size down to small with my drink which was equivalent price to the payment that I paid for $7.75. Seriously, why she has to fight over me for $1 dollar difference here? To clarify my point was not clearly focused on the price, it was focused on that my order did not come even I paid for and nothing was solved.  Even,
I already asked her nicely at the beginning?

Why does she have to handle situation in this rude and horrible way? If she was the manager, where is her name tag? Why she is not wearing proper name tag and refusing giving her name even? Isn't it because, she knew she was doing wrong way that is why. My friends and I also overheard she was screaming to her teams to make 20 nuggets right now whilst we were waiting food. What kind of manager does she think she is doing her role? Why she has to look me down when she speaks? I am so mad with her attitude. She should not be in manager position at all. Well, when we came out from the restaurant even other customer was complaining as well to her. I am not surprised. I had a speechless experience and unpleasent day at this McDonalds.

Avoid if you can! Waited 20 mins for a drive-through order on a Saturday morning and only to find out that S&E muffin was missing sausage and coffee was lukewarm. Tried ringing store but no answer - what a disappointment!

If I could score them a zero I would. Have never gone there and got my order as it was placed. Would be good if they hired staff who had the ability to take an order and fulfil it. Last time we visited we were in the drive through for close to 30mins and was constantly told there is nothing we can do. To make matters worse they still got the order wrong - yet again! Whilst it is the closest one to us and the kids like it every now and then I will drive further to see if they have competent staff. What a joke!

Just waited 20 minutes to be served. Walked out. Manager could have atleast said sorry for the wait. Disgraceful experience. Will never go back

Staff are really nice but grossly overworked, understaffed, poorly trained and disorganised. It's not unusual to wait 15-20 mins for an in-person order of one meal and delivery is even worse.
The blame for the shocking state of service is laid squarely at the feet of Maccas - stop making 16 year olds do the job of 25 year olds you tightarses and staff enough folks to cover delivery.

I worked in a restaurant before and I understand the pressures hospitality workers have to face every day. Does that excuse for the poor quality of service though is another question. Far too often this McDonald store forgot our order through both drive-thru and takeaway pick up.

Get your acts together please.

Don't recommend drive thru at peak times as the queue is always long. But if you're willing to head inside (there is plenty of parking), just use the touch screens to order and you'll get your food/drink super fast.

All staffs are usless and worthless.
Especially a girl at the counter 20: 20-20: 40. My food were ready 5 mins after she was packing online order made us wait 20 mins. Most of people are just hanging not working. Very very very poor service

Bird behind the counter wouldn't give us a winch lost my burger and ended up with 20 nuggs instead I am furious never eating in another golden arches again

Ordering on Uber from this Maccas is like roulette. Will I get the items I ordered or not? Honestly I can't understand why it's so hard to send out complete orders. Maybe the Managers on duty should be paying more attention to what their staff are doing (Or not doing). It's very unprofessional to get it wrong so often. What is wrong with you people? !

Worst experience from this store. Ordered in Angus and received with no patty. Staff in store were looking so lost with the orders upon visiting

Every time I order with them they miss items. Last time I ordered a large 10pack of nuggets and 3 chicken and cheese burgers, they gave me 2 burgers (one without Mayo, literally none on it), didn’t give me any of the sauces for the nuggets, and didn’t give me the large chips… like if you just read the order you can serve the food correctly lol. And then other times I have ordered with them they have often missed things like chips or given me the wrong drink. Like please just get the order right the only time they actually get my order right is when I order a coffee. I’ve probably paid them so much money for food they never gave me
