McDonald's Malvern East

Do not order via Deliveroo, regularly mixes up orders, leaves out food, forgets to put straws in bag, etc.

Served me a normal frozen coke but I ordered the frozen coke NO SUGAR. After I returned to the shop and told a lady there for an exchange, they gave me another frozen coke with sugar without explaining or apologize.
It’s strange I been told the frozen coke no sugar is not available when I ordered from the drive through, few seconds after I said no to normal frozen coke, stuff suddenly told me that frozen coke no sugar is available then. That’s the beginning of this damn story.

Very bad experience literally.

Staffs are not friendly or may be too busy. Just not care even you asking to take the order for you.

The service is always good, food made on time. Usually not a long wait in the drive through, burgers and fries hot and fresh.

When we were sitting inside for breakfast, the stuff at the coffee area was playing around and mocking the customer’s accent loudly which made me feel very uncomfortable. They were racist which very disappointed happened in McDonald’s.

The food gets 5 stars, but the service that guy was rude, after he got part of my order wrong, he didn't even budge when I tried to ask if he could please correct it

Took so long to make my order and left me with 7 minutes left for my lunch break. Horrible lunch experience. BigMac isn't BigMac without BigMac sauce.kill me now.

Do not buy at mobile and pick up at drive through.

They advertise a cake with your coffee for an extra $3 she tells me because it's a slice it wasn't included even though the sticker which stated that was on that item

Worst experience ever!
Ordered grilled ceasar salad and it was only half of the quantity of container & it was missing ceasar dressing and the double cheeseburger was cold.

Pretty good staff and fast service most of the time. And the coffee isn't as expensive as some other McDonalds.

Best air-con in the country - head here on a hot summer's day to cool down.:) Food is your normal maccas quality.

Nearly every table dirty and only 3 people in there. No napkins, no spoons, cold chips. Service friendly but seems to be no care for appearances of restaurant. Not a pleasant experience.

This place advertised a double flavour fanta but when I asked for one they didn't even have it. Disgraceful

Best Macca's in the region. Always clean and fresh with friendly staff. Never stuffed up an order. Not my closest McDonalds, but it is definite my favourite!

This current establishment is quite peculiar as i found a small yellow box containing the most festy of images, a door nob.i was quite stunted to the fact that this was in this positions.other wise very cool MacDonald with a operating ice cream machine.

Typical McDs premise. This was in a handy location as we went out early in the morning and popped by to grab some food to takeaway. Typical McDs efficiency, food quality and presentation.

Such a bad experience. Store is dirty, food scraps all over the place. The manager are busy charting with his staffs and work with his laptop but not managing the staff to clean up. Burger didn’t stack up, see photo. When the order came, the tray is greasy. Might be the worse macs I ve been to.

On my first visit here and the place is messy and 2 of our burgers were cold. The manager made new ones but still shouldn't happen when things are made 'fresh'

Usually Macas gets 5 Stars.but (-2) Stars for getting my order wrong (2x)
Otherwise clean store & amenities friendly staff.
