Very poor service. Uber customer wait too long time to get their delivery but McDonald volunteer don't respond

Absolutely appalling. Apparently, the staff there believe it's 1955, not 2018, and they let patrons homophobically abuse other patrons, in front of staff. And when the victim of this VILE abuse stood up to these bigots, THEY were asked to leave, not the abusive bigots. In fact, the manager said "Don't worry, they're just kids". Late teenagers are not "kids". So young folks, if you want to abuse the hell out of some LGBT people, come on in! Vile bigotry is ok at Elsternwick McDonalds!

Our favourite Macca’s to call into after a trip to the city. Food is well presented, service is pretty good

One simple request. If you're going to take things out with your fingers after you made the burger, I suggest you don't stuff that up as well. Shocking. "Maybe they won't taste it". Hope this is not how they treat allergies!

It's a clean place washroom facilities are ok staff are friendly enough. One thing I have noticed at this store is its like uber eats Central / food del.drivers coming & going. All the time

Can sometimes be slow because they're busy, but the coffee is usually better than elsewhere, even through different staff shifts.

I dropped in for a coffee and Apple pie whilst waiting for someone. Quick service, good coffee, although both Coffee and pie weren't hot enough.

One of the busiest Macca's in Melbourne and one of the few that will serve you in 24 hr basis. The service is on the ball regardless of what time it is. Whatever your thoughts are about there food you won't find to many take aways open after 1 in the morning. Regardless of what the people who ran the city of the state we are not a 24 hr society if the only food you can eat is Macca's or Kebabs which I both eat but there's no variety of food around and after 2 a'clock

Usually above average serving speeds. But the sudden influx of secondary school students may, at times, cause severe chaos. Other times are fine and the crew are always very tolerant and patient with orders. Best to visit during before 4pm or after 6pm.

Very friendly employee at the drive through, very friendly employee at the food window. Both Bürger fresh and tasty, chips very warm but soggy.

Always issues. Today ordered 2 vanilla thickshakes. They came out looking like iced coffees. I told the server these don’t look like vanilla thickshakes. The server at window said “yes they are”. I pointed out they were runny and brown like iced coffee. She said it was because their machine had served a lot of shakes lately (11am on a June weekday morning), and “this is how they come out”. I said again, they don’t like right. Then another worker put his head around the corner and told me what she said “is a lie”, and “they’re runny because the temperature setting on the machine is wrong” and told me to “go to Ormond McDonalds for a proper thickshake”. I then asked why they’re a funny colour, and he said the syrup mix is probably wrong. The original server came back and said manager was looking into it. Couple of mins later manager came over with 2 cups filled with soft serve ice cream and these were our new “vanilla shakes”. They threw them down onto counter and walked off without saying anything. No apology, no offer of refund, or if we wanted something else instead. Head office should send some mystery shoppers here.would be a real eye opener.
