Very rude shift manager who answered the phone. I rang up at 1am today 25th January, because they missed my hash brown off my order and said don’t ring back and he just hung up the phone hahahaha alright then pal not my fault you’re on nights

On 16 January, the staff working on the main counter did not smile or acknowledge any customers, including myself. Their manners were non-existent. Yes, they were busy. However, they need to be retrained & made to realize who is actually paying for their wages! The girls in McCafe were delightful & helpful.

Worst service ever. Came to this store twice and get the same experience. They always skips my order and few other customer as well. The girl who served at the counter (with the thick eyelashes) don’t even bother to check my order when i ask her about my order. I have to ask more than twice then they say they’ve lost the order and have to re-do.
Fyi the store is not busy.

It was great but a worker named Pascale was fantastic and I think she deserves a promotion

Ordered a mcchicken and absolutely no mayo in sight, probably the driest thing since the Sahara desert.

The place was busy and crowded, and I had to wait for a long time get my Coffee. The staff were polite but seemed overwhelmed. The restaurant was not very clean, and the toilets were dirty. I was not impressed by this Maccas, and I don’t think I will go back there anytime soon

I don't know their food quality, but their man's toilet.must be the dirtiest in Victoria. Errr, hard to find a competitor.

Awful drive through experience, stuffed up our order (food was cold, wrong items in the bag, given incorrect drinks). Went into the store to rectify their errors and was given another cold burger and chips!

Not bad. Staff are friendly and seem to care about how they put the food together unlike most stores where the patty is on the other side of the country and the condiments are under the table.

Relaxing and clean after a hot day at work. Would have been five stars but chips were over cooked.

I will never be back here again.
The Manager “Liam” is the rudest and most aggravating person I’ve ever come across in my life.
Worst customer service I’ve ever witnessed, I have absolutely no words.

About the fourth time they miss items in our drive through order, always missing never anything added. Read the amount of complaints on this issue at this branch.

Almost deliberate to boost margins from 92% upwards, not good enough with the amount of training.

Never had a McDonald like this bad ever in my life compared to I'm a quiet regular eater. Ordered 2 packs nuggets received one and two burgers only one. Fries are salty and softed up. I. Picked my meal via drive through, i know i didn't check but at least i asked is there all the food, staff said Yes but apparently not. Stay out this maccas if there is an option.

All tables were covered with rubbish when I did a quick visit in the early hours this morning. I did a u-turn and left without ordering. I should have taken a photo.

Asked for fries not salt so they cook fresh, hot fries, they were so golden brown and crunchie, best Macca's fries I've had in years

Please train your drive through order takers to speak properly to customers, ask 'anything else? ' Instead of pushing through the next customer.and also not to respond to an order with 'ohhhh all right I guess. '.
Rest of the team is lovely and friendly service. Shouldn't be ruined by one person who clearly doesn't want to be there.

Driveway attendant was not experienced, shared they didn't have something that was actually available when I went inside after order was missing items.

Usual Mcdonalds doimgntheir best to cope with COVID & the new check in rules. The staff could have been a lot more friendly but overall nothing really bad, nor anything really good to report

Usually not bad but ordered a Mc spicy from ubereats and it literally had no bun. Like how can you screw up that badly, by putting the lettuce and sauce on the chicken, but the whole time not realizing it’s on a FKN BUN

Crew. Meals sitting in the bag for at least 2 min before they called your number. So was cold.
