McDonald's Elsternwick

Drive thru experience was horrible.there was a payment issue, but instead of offering a resolution, i received awful customer service and ended up cancelling my order because two attendants kept asking me to show my bank statement to prove payment…

firstly, the app doesn’t confirm the order without payment!

secondly, i’m not sharing my personal information to strangers who have no right to see it.thirdly, i’m in drive thru, i’m not going to use my phone while driving (it’s illegal!)

Really quick and well sorted drive through, lots of cars but we were done and dusted in under 10mins

Girls are organised. Lovely cuppa english breakfast tea.and with honey.apple pie. Small chips.just enough for my drive home

Staff were all standing around doing nothing yet still didn’t acknowledge me at all, the worst part was that the manager was also standing around watching them all do nothing. Then they proceeded to get my order completely wrong

Witnessed toilet cleaners looking through cupboards empty handed in serving area Then ons of them entering around where food is Prepared.returning with a squeeze bottle. Then both went back in toilet area.

How do you manage to literally every time forget a piece of the order? It’s been countless times now. Nuggets need the sweet and sour sauce! It’s also been omitted burgers, fries, shaker salt etc in the past. As soon as the 5km lifts I’m avoiding this Maccas again.

Iv been to this place since I was in primary school very well liked and been around for years my last experience how ever after ordering to take some maccas home to the kids half of the meals were missing and the free glasses that the kids were really after were not even their very disappointed but the food we did have was good considering it is maccas afterall the staff seemed to be more interested in talking to each other over serving the customers they did have much love to this maccas over 30 years or good service good food but this last time I went put much doubt into going back again

Good old Maccas, but this location has the added bonus of botox filled Brighton Karens running free in their Toorak trucks. Five star entertainment!

Just ordered a meal and they were so dedicated to provide a cold drink that food also turned cold. Makes me happy that they are worried about the environment and not providing the straws.

Very tidy. And not under the pump like most McDonald's stores. So the quality is higher and staff are happier too. In my top 10 mikki D, s to visit for the munchies.

A consistant disappointment. My order is almost always cold or lukewarm. Frequently missing parts of the order. That was your last chance.

Multiple times that I've come to this McDonald's I've either had to wait 10-20 minutes for my simple orders or they've completely forget about them and I don't get them at all. This is unacceptable.

I really don’t understand why I never learn and continue to order from McDonald’s via uber eats. You can literally never get an order right, there are always missing items. How do you forget to include chips with a meal or sauce with nuggets? This isn’t rocket science. Why, after all the missing items that McDonald’s does in everyone’s meals, have they not made it apart of their procedure to check the bags and make sure everything is there before they go out for delivery?

I don't expect much - but I expect my drive-through orders at least be correct. EVERY SINGLE TIME my child wants to go through drive-through at Elsternwick, the order we get is wrong - starting with the one I was given on Friday 25th June at around 5.15pm, which had one item wrong and then was completely missing the other key item. Suggest people don't leave this store until they check their order carefully.

Am currently looking at orders sitting on the counter for 10 minutes+ growing cold before eventually being collected by uber drivers. No wonder the food arrives stone cold and disgusting.

This might be one of the busiest mac d’s in Victoria but it’s definitely the filthiest. The franchise should get off their couch and come take a look at the place. Every door, door frame, corner, every wall is filthy. Thank god most of the people are drunk when they come in here otherwise they wouldn’t eat in this place.

Never can get any ice cream fraps or thick shakes at night and waited 25 mins for sundae other dT

Absolute trash staff members that don’t reflect the Mac Donald’s brand. The kids in there are playing around as I waited a solid 20mins for my food.

They leave the bags idle on the table and chat to their friends.one customer that was waiting with me saw what was going on.

He reached over the low counter to check the docket number to match his own, before grabbing his bag and checking its contents, then politely asking the member if he could take it. This bag had been sitting on the counter unattended for at least 10mins.

Boooooo. I’ve been 3 times, and they’ve forgotten my drinks twice.

This place sucks

Been 5 times and every part of my orders have been messed up. Although a very cleanly and safe spot:)
