McDonald's Elsternwick

Im a Uber eats customer and time and time again they have let me down with wraps and forgetting items, this definitely needs some attention as I am always 10 nuggets short of my 20 nugget pack and my fries have either been very cold or my wraps were gross and had to get a refund, hope they pay attention to their Uber orders as I know the place can get busy

Coffee is not very tasteful. Either just taste like milk, is only luke warm or quite often burnt. Slurpee machines quite frequently seem to be out of service too bit hat might just be due to high demand during summer

Our orders here are frequently incorrectly processed (both at payment and/or at collection).

Service can be slow, particularly for any custom adjusted menu items.

Food generally arrives less than warm to cold.

Last time I went to a McDonald's you had to order at the kiosk screen, they seemed happy to serve at the counter here.

Visited the drive through at about 10.30pm, the order taker was polite and very unflusterd by a changed order. Well done.

Malcolm Turnbull once threw up here after a few pots from the Elsternwick Hotel across the road. Otherwise a very fine establishment.

I don't eat much anymore, but when I drive past I often pop in to reminisce. 4 stars

It is the first time i tried the table serve at the McDonald.it was interesting but not necessary.the rest are McDonald standard, nothing really out of ordinary.

Ordered breakfast. Had to wait for fresh eggs. Due to the long wait they gave a voucher and apologised

5am, trying to get a feed and the wait is absolutely ridiculous. Not good enough. There are people waiting and it is not THAT busy given the time of day. Shocking.

PRETTY GOOD BUT FOR SOME RESON THEY DIDNT LET ME ON THE PLAY PLACE EVEN THOUGH I AM REASONABLE AGE. I AM 54

The young lady with orange hair on cafe needs to learn one customer service skills! And the coffee here is terrible.

Bad service and coffee plus maccas is to expensive for breakfast and their burgers especially the chicken are way to steep the patties are nugget size I've complained but you know maccas don't care. Not for me again.

I come through here after work sometimes in the early hours of the morning.

My McMuffin is always solid as a rock and a similar consistency to cardboard.

This place has really improved over the last few months. Food comes out fast and hot and customer service is super polite.

It's open 24 hours. Great place to grab brekkie or if your a shift worker like me, have some burgers.
Thy layout is very open and big so you don't feel jammed in.
Fast and friendly service.

While having lunch there a female drug dealer did so many deals with people comming in and out and in full view off so many school children. One buyer went straight to the toilets. It is a disgrace. Will never go there again.

The service was not great. And your food isn't as fresh as it used to be. So l really try and avoid it. The only thing I have is a Sundae.

Despite saying it twice into the mic and watching my order come up on the drive through display, this was what I was told.

Too tired to deal with this. At least it was just the drink and not the entire order.

I don't write too many online reviews. I often go to this Macca's because it's closest, but in the drive-thru they so often get the orders wrong, with items missing, wrong ingredients, that it's beyond acceptable. Have to go back through to sort it out so many times! It's a long-standing joke! Get the orders right—especially for drive-thru! To customers: always check your bag before driving off!

A good place but for some reason there is no freshness in the products? Sometimes Fry potatoes (French fry) like rubber, the form of a fishburger are tired.
