McDonald's East Doncaster

I have not been to McDonald's for a few months now and I found it very easy to order. The staff were friendly enough.

A good one with the 24 hours option.also one more good things the play area is indoor making it good for winter time.

How do you feel when you see your coffee served like this? Also, the portion of the salad has been reduced a lot. Very disappointed. I understand this is fast food. But it’s not all about being fast right?

This was for Thursday night.dinner.drive through was busy. Had to wait for caesar wrap.when home, disappointed - chicken doesn't start for about 2 inches into the wrap. Seemed like a mini crispy chicken in a larger wrap. Fries were lukewarm to the point of cold and we ordered 24 nuggets (comes with 4 sauces - of which, we gone none!)

This would have to be the worst Mcdonalds ever, thought I would give them one last try today, how wrong was I, surprise surprise missing items when I got home again. Well never again Doncaster east, you are now history, never to be used again by my Family or friends. Good riddance to bad rubbish service.

Poor service at cafe. I was served by a grumpy faced young lady who looked like she would rather be somewhere else.

Hi, we went there last night for our dinner, but when I entered the toilet, it was a mess all around. The toilet is very dirty, not cleaned properly and the smell was awful.

Been here two weeks ago and found it to be very ordinary, then again McDonald's is a fast food joint any way. Service was slow and the burgers we're a mess, cold fries, and not a clean store by any standard. Will not go back to this store.

I tend to expect bad food and service from McDonald's. But this one makes good food and seem to be a lot more efficient.

Consistantly great McDonald's. Would get 5 stars if they didn't half fill the fries all the time (through drive thru only.) Eat in is always perfect!

I like this macca s but for some reason when i order a inn house coffee or hot chocolate it always comes in a paper cup and not the proper mug or glass.
Are they trying to save on washing?
I prefer my coffee or hot choc in glass, strange.
Update happened again even when i asked for a mug, got a paper cup half full.

Very bad service.

Waited over 20mins for 10 nuggets. When I got them they said another 5min wait on fries.

Coffee was feral as well. Didn't taste like the usual maccas coffee.

I got my money back but it doesn't change the service or the taste.

It's a Maccas. Staff don't seem very interested. Stood at McCafe counter for 5 minutes watching the staff work before giving up and ordering at main counter.
