Watched the MANAGER drop the salt shaker all over the floor, look me in the eyes, then hang it back up for use. Disgusting

Can't say anything about the service
It seemed like they were ignoring me because I was a foreigner. They were serving food in their hands and kicking the door loudly. I don't know if that's what the service was supposed to be, but there were two tables of customers inside, and the other tables weren't even cleaned up, and it was a mess.
This makes me not want to go to McDonald's anymore.

Run out of cones for soft serve. No more monopoly tickets for mc flurry. Toilets were disgusting. Advised staff, they were disinterested. 20 Oct at 950pm.

Didnt do my order properly, messed up my order for a triple cheeseburger with an extra patty.

You always have to check your order to see if it matches with what you ordered. They keep you waiting without letting you know for long time if they don’t have an item ready! This branch is being managed by unprofessional teenagers!

Once again, missing items THAT I PAID FOR. It’s so bad i usually check (on the very odd occasion I go there these days), this time I did a very quick check and didn’t notice missing sauces for chicken nuggets. Waited about 20 for order. Drink overfilled and messed in car. Understaffed in my opinion, the staff they have do try their best but can’t keep up when it’s busy.

Only thing consistent is slow service, rude staff, cold chips and half filled packets. This McDonald’s location is one of the worst I’ve ever experienced- better off driving a bit further up the road to get nandos or kfc if you’re looking for fast food in the area.

I always try to give places a chance as a former maccas employee I understand you can have bad days, but for the last month or so the food has been terrible. I have ordered delivery and the last 5 times my food has been ice cold, the drink has been sitting on the counter for so long that all the ice has already melted and there's always something missing, which if I don't get an old warm drink I don't get one at all cause it's missing. Its to the point where even the Uber drivers are saying they always double check the order when picking up from there cause they always forget the drink. I don't know if management has changed but whatever is going on is abysmal.

Fantastic early morning crew/night crew. On request made a fresh breakfast meal and was worth the wait after spending 6 hours of emergency in the rain at work, definitely a good fix before bed. Thank you!

Very poor service - staff not trained - poor customer service - order was not properly delivered- order was delivered after 40 mins.

Ok but far from inspiring. The fries were rubbish. Oil change needed I think. Crispy chicken burger was more palatable than the fries thank God. Store was very busy considering its supposed to be lockdown. I was working and the ambulance doesn't fit through the drive though so was forced to go in.

Whenever I visit this store, all the staff aren't busy at all but they didn't check toilet frequently. I don't know what they're doing when they are free/not busy. The most disgusting toilet in all Macca's.

Was made to wait for 7 mins to get fresh and at the end got handed stall chips, cold grilled chicken wrap and disgusting Big Mac

Not good, burgers were chucked in dry, chips were lousy. Apparently they were very busy, the only good thing was the packaging!

We had some yummy cake here. Good variety of food. Very busy. Don't go at just after school hours - its crazy! Otherwise a great McDonalds).

I drove to the drive through line to order a DOUBLE BACON and EGG Mc muffin. I realised that the cars on other line are placing their order and they were passing through once after once.
I drove to the first window and raised my complaint that as to why you don’t take the order from the other line and if you don’t want or can’t take the order from the other line then close it. Finally, she took my order and when I drove to the next window to pick up my order they asked me to wait more on the waiting area.
My order was DOUBLE BACON and EGG and they charged me for that. But after 13 minutes waiting on the line and waiting area they gave me just NORMAL Mc muffin. I took the photo from the meal but I can’t uploaded it here.
I just through all out with big thanks to the Doncaster East Mc donalds.

I would usually rate their order accuracy about 80-85% (which isn't fantastic to begin with), however they have messed up our last 3 delivery orders in a row.
Burgers missing, drinks missing, customised options completely ignored.
The best was when all 4 of our family members recieved slightly incorrect orders each, where 6 items were wrong within a single order. Recieving someone else's order entirely would have been more understandable as an error.
Do not order delivery. I suggest only order at this Macca's when you are physically there and can verify each item prior to leaving. (Check every time you order as it is highly likely everytime something is incorrect

They never give the right amount of chips in the container you order. Order of large chips, you receive medium amount size of chips in the large container, medium size you receive small amount of chips in the medium container.
Also, burgers are not stacked nicely as the ingredients are half off the burgers which makes the burger very hard to eat.

Normally ok but tonight I felt frustrated. They seem more obsessed with keeping their driveway empty than getting orders right. I was sent to wait in the car park from drive through with 3 other cars. They came and gave me the order and of course the only time I trusted and didn’t check they gave me another customers order. I realised the problem once home knowing I’d way overpaid for what I received I called. Here is a multinational that doesn’t answer calls to the restaurant or have a system to call if things go wrong. So I was left to eat someone else’s order, be totally ripped off and there is no recourse to sort it out. Poor form.

Need improvements to ensure order is not missed. Waited 30 mins and have to ask the staff where is the order. Furthermore, went home and found out missing items in the order. Quite dissapointed.
