Worst service ever. Female staff member at the mc cafe was so rude I wanted to slap her.
Definately will not be spending my $ there ever again

Restaurant is always clean and the fries are always fresh from the fryer. Always happy to visit this place in the weekends. Not sure about the service of the staff as I always order from the machines. However food service is fast!

Very bad service. I ordered for eat in and a table number. Didn't deliver for more than 15min. They've served for more than 19 of them who ordered after me. Excuse was the hashbrown wasn't ready. Then my stuff was sitting there in a take away bag for me to come to the counter to get it. Again. I ordered for eat in. When I mention, no apologize at all. Very rude staff.

Greatest mcdonalds in the world, best food, best service, best staff and best customers. Great place for da hole fam.yuuuummmmmmmm

Rush hours are really ideal for customers since they rush everything including serving portions and the whole entire meal. I ordered a McFlurry and they only filled half of the cup, I essentially paid $4.45 for a soft cone sized ice cream. Very disappointed

Shocking service from the girls in the drive-thru, very rude on taking your order and receiving money, can't add up, wrong change given. No personally skills whatsoever! Will never go back.

It's one of the best maccas out but at the end of the day its maccas! Need a vegan/vegetarian option

Weird in store takeaway coffee process. They let you stand at the cafe counter and don't tell you they no longer are taking orders there.

A bit sloppy making burgers. The burger top and bottom didn't line up. With the fillet, the cheese makes it stick that way.

Coffee was average. Very annoyed that app is not working today and the only way to get rewards now for coffee is through the app. The app takes longer than the cards and no back up with cards when system down. Bring back the cards unless this app is ALWAYS going to be working.

Very clean Maccas on a busy intersection in East Doncaster. Service is good and there is usually ample seating. Good place to take kids - a playground which is fully enclosed and some "kids height" seating inside.

If you have a large order, go in to the store. They always get large orders wrong in the drive-thru.

When u make a complain about unprofessional staff, manager replied this is how this business runs. Super impolite staff and not coming back ever again

While the Barista was making my coffee he kept touching his nose music was too loud benches needed to be wiped down and stuff were drinking Coke behind the counter not very professional

They always leave off half your order, even when its quiet.
Then they finally bring you your coffer, no stirrer. Worst maccas in SE suburbs.

Took 4 attempt to get a drive through coffee order right. A large Cappuccino and medium skinny latte was beyond their ability to compress

Saturday lunch time very busy. Site was clean though, credit to the staff. Burgers were fresh, drinks were cold. No number board for when orders were ready to be picked up from the counter though. Staff had to yell out the numbers. Minor complaint really.

Poor service as they got our food and ice cream orders both incorrect. Also playground d was filthy and smelly. Not a great experience overall today compared to other stores.

Fries were stale and only just warm but that is pretty standard for most mcdonalds stores anyway. Also ordered a double cheeseburger and got a standard cheeseburger in a double cheeseburger wrapper - What, you think I wouldn't notice?
