Worst maccas around.food looks trash most times, put together by kids who don't care a single bit for quality.

9 out of 10 times I get wrong items, it may be missing an extra thigh I ordered or like tonight, an apple pie. Can you just pay more attention to the job you are doing and check properly.

Rudest staff and filthiest dine in Mcdonalds in the Eastern Suburbs even my kids dont want to go there. We drive to Bulleen or Nunawading and give them our money instead of this place. Seen a manager reach into a bin looking for a receipt and then handled food orders. I questioned him on it and he said he was "flat out". Putrid.

Every time I get cold berger and fries, also you have to check your bag to make sure they gave you tesu as always they forget. Service is not good at all, always I feel vasted my money.

Very well located, clearly busy and bringing in many customers. Their food is good for fast food however this place is not the place to visit regularly.

I can't express my immense disappointment every time I order from this Macca's.
On the rare occasion that the order is not completed incorrectly, it is extremely delayed and/or horribly made (spread through the bag or all inside the burger boxes, fries half empty, raw or cold, more sauce than there is any other ingredient etc.).
On my last visit I asked to confirm my order 3 times, having it repeated back to me, and it being only one item, and it was still the complete wrong item.
Deplorable.

Confirmed with the male order taker at the first window
Got order pre quick and it was really good but no lettuce not sure if we got charged for it or not but he said himself while confirm order total 9$ and not a single serviette in the bag

Unfortunately you need to check that you got what you ordered and paid for at the drive through before you drive away.nearly 99% of the time they will get your order wrong and because I'm usually in a hurry I end up just leaving instead of parking and going in. But it had happened nearly everytime so something has to be said

I haven't eaten McDonald's in a long while but the restaurant was fine (only did take away). Not too many people, plenty of self ordering stations, though one was blue screened. Staff were efficient and all good. Only problem was the core of the order for my son was 6 nuggets, we were given something that isn't nuggets, they're mcpieces or something that he hasn't eaten, so that was a bit disappointing given the cost.

Service is bad, no idea what they doing, only look uber eat and drive though, had three times wrong food!

These guys were super flat out the other week, I went through the drive through to get a chai latte and was given a coffee instead, just parked and went in and got a new chai latte made. Sorry to the person who got a chai instead of a coffee that would have been rough.

Absolutely disgusted in the treatment we received today by the manager grace. Last week on the 2/2 I received an order. Along with the drinks being wrong, missing chips there was a hair in the burger. I didn't have time to go back in. So I rang spoke to a man. Who said he would replace the whole order next time I came in and got my name. I kept the receipt. Today I go through drive through to collect the order they stuffed up. I was spoken to like I was lying. Repeating that I was wrong. Maybe I called the wrong restaurant. So I found proof of call and gave the receipt. She still did not want to give me the whole order. Only one part of the order. She continued to say don't tell at me, when me husband wasn't yelling. He was just frustrated with the way we were being treated over a $20 order that was their mistake to fix. Yes he swore a few time. But it's just his vocabulary. It wasn't in an offensive way. I'm actually really appalled by the way this was handled. When I had the proof of call and the receipt. Straight up spoken down to. I work in customer service fast food and I would never ever argue like that with a customer.

I only use the drive-thru here but the service is efficient and my order is always correct. The staff at the windows a friendly enough. It is always busy so I guess it must be good inside too! The one negative I have is the carpark, it has the worst design.

Have messed up 2 orders in the last 2 weeks.shocking mess up. Both were orders through Door Dash & both times sent the wrong order.
Then had to wait another hour or two for food.
Lost my appetite by this stage.
Totally unacceptable.

I gave 2 orders at the same time for dine in, i was given 1 order at the table but the other order never came, although i waited for almost 45 minutes, I thought there might have been some confusion so’ i went to the counter and asked them about my food, and the manager maybe his name is IAN, instead of resolving the issue, started arguing with me that i was supposed to pick it up from counter, how can 1 order be given at the table and other not, and then IAN being very rude, handeled me my food that was cold and that too without the drink, so i did not take it and went back to my table, then he brought my food and very rudely slammed it on the table, honestly i was feeling so bad about the worst customer service ever, a rude customer service indeed. Especially the manager.

Had no choice because we live near here but for xxxx sake, can someone explain to me how these two are the same? Beef El Maco or Beef El Micro

Extremely bad service. Either staff don't know how to make them or don't know how to pick the right burger. Ordered Mc Feast and got what looked like a quarter pounder with a slice of cheese and 2 pickles. Second item, ordered a Chicken and Cheese but got a cheese burger. This is not the first time! Will drive further to Hungry Jack's or other branches!

If you wanna taste the perfect mac donald’s burger, go this mac donald’s at midnight. Because they are getting hardly few customers at night time, so they will make the perfect burger, and the ambiance of this maccas is nice too.

Downgraded. 3 strikes they still get it wrong. Wrong order when paying, fixed that, then wrong order given to me followed by argument same manager fixed that, told to park in baby, then wrong food given again, at this point i just took what they gave me and left.

Appalling service. Waited 15 minutes and they had to start the order over.
They clearly threw the order out.
