Staff seemed confused and was not enjoyin their roles. Manager seemed unprepared nor organised towards the food and his team. Staff would literally leave bags of rubbish and broom in front of your dining table if he gets called for ANYTHING.

This review is for that young lady who served me yesterday day and maybe for the management.if it's how it works.
Encountered a very rude staff. Yesterday afternoon around 2: 30 pm I went to get some food at this McDonal's on my way to work. When I asked for ketchup at the drive through pickup window, that young lady rolled her eyes on me before turning around and get the ketchup for me, and when she came back, she said, " Just order it next time, it's free, it's free! " Yes, she said "it's free" twice before I get to say anything. I didn't expect that and I didn't want to block the drive way, so I only said to her, " I know it's free, thank you. " before I drove away.
She must think that I didn't know the ketchup is free, and I ask her for it only because I was trying to get it without paying. Well, I think it's very rude and offensive for her to say it, and she said it very loudly and firmly. The truth is I didn't know McDonald's would have ketchup on their menu, and I didn't know they can put it on my order through their computer system, because it's so small. And I've been doing it forever and never had any trouble with other McDonald's staff.
Please be well educated and don't judge people like that, and I'm totally offended by your words!

The worst McDonald's ever. Can never get any order right. Today was the third time they couldn't get the customised burger right. I was shocked at the staff asking me "What is a lettuce bun? " If you're selling something, at least get your staffs educated to know what you're selling/making. I had to wait 32 mins to get my ONE burger. The first burger came without ANY bun (the receipt says lettuce wrap - which is what you get when you choose a lettuce bun from the kiosk). When I asked the staff why it came with no bun when the order clearly says lettuce bun, the staff took 10 more mins and gave me a wrap saying "you asked for a lettuce wrap". What the? When I asked another staff about this, he finally gave me the lettuce bun (lettuce was not fresh at all) and it took 32 mins altogether. AND I didn't hear any word of apology all along. The store manager was around but never came to the front or gave any attention to angry customers (there were at least 4 other ppl waiting 20+ mins).
This is BY FAR the worst McDonald's ever. If I can be bothered, I might send a concern with McDonald's HQ (if they care) with the receipt and the pic w timestamp of when I finally got my burger.

Ordinary location, but well located along the Westall Highway extension. Being well governed by the McDonalds group, service and offerings are quite standard across the board! Good work!

Possibly the worst McDonalds on the face of the earth. Could not possibly have more incompitent staff. Have ordered Uber eats off them twice now, first encounter literally did not put the Mc Chicken patty in the Mc Chicken burger (I mean come on not rocket science), second encounter order two burger meals and forget to put the chips inside.
Literally fought back and forth with the manager as got accused of lying. Like why would I waste my time calling for some fries and a patty? !
Not hard to follow the SIMPLE steps of the bloody Mc Donald’s menu.

In the past i would go to Makka's for a clean toilet. Not any more. Until today. Clayton south toilets were very clean. Oh and the coffee and muffin were good too. And the staff

Nunawading maccas is veeeeerrryyy hit and miss with getting your drive through order correct. On more than a few occasions my wife has gotten cheese in a burger, even though she has an allergy that I tell the drive through worker about.

Been to this mcdonalds a few times and it has usually been good. Crew are friendly, seem to work hard (most of the time). However the past few times or so I have come across ANTS on my cup and once inside my drink. Seems like a managerial problem and yet nothing has been done. After being sick of the ants I brought it up to an employee who went off to consult their manager who said they will get it cleaned, and yet still found a dead ant under my lid next time I visited. Extremely off-putting.

Keep removing the best things from the spare change menu, not the best and getting too pricey for the non spare change stuff

Best McDonald’s in the area and I would drive down from Keysborough to this. Good staff and burgers are well made and well presented.

You need to train your staff!
Been getting jalapenos at every store Australia wide, then I walk into your store to
ask for jalapenos and your blonde staff replied we have'nt got any and we have'nt got a promtion on jalapenoes today.
How funny!

To be honest I don't know why I keep coming back to this store by far the worst service in Australia every single time

Very disappointed. I specifically asked for a cheeseburger minus pickle and no kidding i took a bite and what do i bite into? A pickle. How hard is it to remember no pickles. My friend and i were the only customers there at the time. Thanks for the great experience.not.

Possibly the longest/worst drive through experience I've ever had, waited 20mins for a single McMuffin. Car in front also waited for that duration + semi closed drive through meant breathing in car fumes for those 20 minutes. Only upside was the food was decent.
