Cashless? What the actual? Went elsewhere, I love a good double quater pounder but not today

Eventhough about 5 staff members saw us at the registers ready to order, they avoided eye contact (they werent all busy doing something else). Eventually we had to call out before someone came to serve us.

Very bad service. I don’t know why this store still can run business.
During the day, their service is a bit better. But night time (12am -3am), their staffs are very lazy. Every single time I come after night shift (1am-2am) they always tell me “ system not working “. Why put the sign 24 hours for? Better just open 7am and close at 9pm and Save money for paying all stupid night shift staffs. This McDonald’s is not deserve for even 1 star

Waiting at the counter to get coffee after asking a staff member where to order. Full of staff they all looked at me and could see I was standing there yet I was blanked, not even a hello. Worst maccas I've ever been in.

Would have to be one of the worst Mc Donald's in the Springvale area. Always late on orders, sometimes get the orders wrong even though I check the screen at the pay window. And last night 24/08/23. I ordered a big mac meal large and a chicken snack wrap. 5am to now today on the 25/08 I haven't moved out of bed only to run to the bathroom due to severe food poisoning. Burt my bridge unfortunately.

I always thought the construction plans for McDonald's Burgers are pretty clear which makes it impossible to forget something. Turns out, you can get it wrong regularly. On top, you can manage to whisper into an intercom and ask 3 times for the same meal. Well, that's what I call creativity

Ordered and paid for a cheesy angus meal, went home and there was a fricking quarter pounder in my bag.

Show 2 senior cards, spend over $18, order 1 small coffee and 1 small orange juice showing the 2 seniors card, and then when I got it was ask to pay for the small orange juice by the Indian manager when it should be free along with the small coffee, I never had these problem befor with any maccas and this maccas, this is the first time this has happen to me, please train your manager about this, this just ruined my appetite and I just throw the coffee and orange juice in the bin, this place used to be good until this incident, this happen on 18/july/23 around 6.50pm, first time this has happen and I have been to many maccas around Melbourne without any problem, this was the same manager that didn’t want to give new French fries when I told him the French fries was very soft and soggy and it taste really weird, I’m just sick of this I won’t be coming back here again the staff is good on that day but this manager has a very bad customer service and bad attitude.

Not sure if you can get an order right.missing an extra patty.happened twice in a week now

I came this afternoon after work (16/04/23) & ordered x10 Apple pies. I heard the Female shift manager yelled out “10 apple pies”? …”who would order 10 Apple pies? ”. I was at the counter waiting for my order when I heard it so I replied “Me, why? ”. I saw her face turned into red and didn’t look into my eyes anymore. The other staff attended to me and when I took my ordered 10 apple pies, I said to her that “That manager should not be here doing this job”. The staff didn’t reply.

It’s just so frustrating that some people are so judgemental. That apple pies are for my nephews who, s been requesting from me to buy it for them.

Disgusting staff I paid for full meal not for freaking half, there’s hardly any chips in my cup. Shame on you guys and the owner. Never coming back

The chips tend to be fresh all the time. That's the most important for a Maccas meals. Some maccas I has been to, the chips were re-cooked and brown, taste horrible and it gave my kids diarrhoea. This maccas place is top notched! Come and support the locals

If I could give a negative rating I would. Last night was asked to go on the waiting bay, which I didnt mind but there was no space, so parked elsewhere. I waited and then went inside to check in. While I stood back I could see my order was ready and saw a worker in a black shirt say to another worker (that customer was rude, she can wait longer) in no way was rude - all I did was place my order at the speaker box - had 3 people cross wire on the speaker box and I asked if only 1 could serve me nicely. She wasn't aware that I was inside waiting and not in my car.very dissapointed

The Customer is inconvenient. I ordered a toasty and it was not been toasted and also it took like 30 mins to give the order from drive through

This restaurant floor was so dirty a rubbish tip would have been cleaner.
With covid you shop step up your cleaning not decrease it for both the health and saftey of your customers and staff.
Your team members did not look happy to be working there either.
May be staff training is in order on health regulations and cleaning before a customer gets sick from lack of cleaners in the restaurant.
I will not be back.
If we had not paid for our items we would have left straight away as we all feared for our health

Chips aren't consistent - some days the chips are fresh and crisp, other days they're soggy and taste undercooked. Burgers are okay but not always consistent too.

Place is nice and big but interior is dirty. Staff ignore you, printer rolls not changed, some meals are missing addons or incorrect and syrup coffee tastes like normal coffee

Bad coffee. Ordered flat white, and it was flat indeed. Coffee is slightly burned hence bitter, not smooth nor creamy, bits of coffee beans left at the bottom of the cup. Definitely avoid coffee here. Some other MacCafe actually surprisingly good but not this one.

Every bad service since the management change alway long wait even though not busy
