My experienced for this shop
I was ordered by machine all the time and always checked what i ordered, in first time i ordered bacon and egg muffin and i got sausage egg muffin
In second time it was today
I ordered fish burger with large coke and fries and my number is 177
Then staff call number 176 and no one coming… then asked my number
So I told my number then he said oh this 177 chicken burger, i said not mine
My one is fish, then they discussed… then they ask me have i pay? Then i show my notification which is paid … on phone, they said i put wrong one and they can change for me

Then they change for me but what im upset is it wasted my time and they just blame on me …. That is what im upset more after wasting time almost 20 min for discussing …. Even it’s 2 time i got what I didn’t order…

Really disappointed… for this shop,
other shop always ok …

3am munches don't expect any Sundays or thick shakes as they never run at these times LOL Try to avoid the drive thru in a cab, LOL if possible

It was so bad. 3 missing items (small fries, the straws) and diffrent items than what I ordered and the
I ordered 2 small vanilla shake but I received 2 chocolate
All of these mistakes in one order

Terrible waited over 15 mins for a small family order took 2 attempts to get a grilled chicken burger and still got it wrong

Its kinda random with this place
sometimes you get crispy food
other times you get soggy disgusting garbage

They always pack the order wrong, you always have to check. I have the wrong burger packed and I didn’t check as it was wrapped up. So annoying!

A quality burger is purely based on luck. Sometimes perfect, other times a big Mac without bigmac sauce or cheese 75% on the outside of the burger

The Shift manager (the white girl no name in tag) on Duty was Very rude and racist. Very disappointed Even Holy Friday.

Super slow in both drive through on multiple occasions and same in store. Will start going to another one further away. Staff pleasant

Please don’t go there, because they are worst never give you what you order. I ordered veggie burger and they give me chicken burger, it happened with me twice.

Coffee is the worst. Charging top dollar for a coffee that tastes like mud. If you're going to charge Cafe prices at tleast get someone who knows how to make it. 1 star is even too much

If I could give 0 stars I would! One of the worst fast food restaurant ever, the staff are slow, unmanageable, unhappy about their life's and I don't know what kind of people they're are hiring.

Not happy with this place at all.first,
the lady spoke very fast with an accent and kept repeating the food that I didn't order and she wouldn't let me explain what I was trying to order. Then I got frustrated and drove to the drive thru window t o order. Then my massive mcmuffin had egg shells in 1 3rd of my muffin. If I had time to go ba can I would of but I have work. Very bad service there. 1 star

Charged wrongly and missing item in order. Please check app amount Vs credit card amount when you order using the app. The staff can't rectify the wrong charge at once and was told to contact the app to rectify this. Bad experience all around.

Unfortunately McDonald's food makes me feel ill after eating it, but my kids harras us until we go there, they don't want to eat just the toy in the happy meal, we usually throwaway the "food " a disappointing waste of money.

Slowest service ever just shows the owners of this store only interested in lining their pockets with the customers money. 25 minutes in the waiting bay for 2coffees at a cost of $5.25 each

This is by a country mile hands down in the top 3 worst McDonalds in Victoria. Service is atrocious, I’ve waited for over 25 minutes for my order, I’m working night shift for the last 20 nights straight and it has not changed for all the nights I’ve come in to your ‘restaurant’, the restaurant is packed, understaffed and majority are on training and or completely incompetent at their jobs.
What tops it off the McCafe coffees were all undrinkable.
The junkies getting cash out to ‘hide their transactions’ sitting in the corner on wifi makes this place feel dirty and unsafe, not to mention social distancing. It is like a sardine tin full of people.

Very slow service, thier prices for all items are not in line with other stores, Clayton Maccas is more expensive? Why.the service provided is worse than other stores so I'm not sure how they justify it.

Your typical McDonald's, the toilets could be better maintained yet acceptable just not 5 star, toilet paper could be softer.

The manager was very rude on the phone, my order had taken over an hour, this is ridiculous, I had called 7 times to ask about my order and she had hung up on me when I had asked her a question. This is not customer service at all.
