McDonald's Clayton South

I don't know what sort of training have been provided or how you guys work thing out, but i dont think putting a burger upside down is the right way to serve it up to your customer, and for the gravy loaded fries, 8 out of 10 i will always get something similar of the picture shown below, instead of gravy loaded fries i think your management should rename it to fries loaded gravy, there is only a table spoon worth of gravy in it almost everytime i buy 1, what's the matter with you guys? !

I just had a premium Chicken burger here at McDonald's in Clayton South at 12: 30pm today. The worst burger I've tasted as the chicken didn't even seem cooked, the burger fell apart and it was greasy. I complained to the manager and was dissapointed she didn't offer a refund. They could have put it back on my credit card but wasn't offered. I returned 3/4 of the burger as it was inedible.
Very poor customer service I think However I called back and they did offer a refund after I asked

Playground ok for little children. Place nice and clean. No books for children available even though the sign says they are

Mc cafe.trying to be a cafe, haha what a cheek. Selling 7/11 low quality coffee at a cafe price in takeaway containers.not even using the crockery mugs they show in their pictures.deceptive or deceitful? Won't be going back.

This place is a disaster specially at nights its totally run by indians.
They do NOT wear hat or gloves found hair in meal twice they table are always dirty. Bins are full toilets are a big mess.
Customer is horrible they always have a reason either the machine is broken or the person Who should take order is not there.
Good not bad in days but nights is horrible they should have some People other indians. So the problem can be told but when you tell them they back up each other and your complain never goes to anyone

Very good services but sometimes is slow when there lots of customers

By far the worst McDonald's I know of I work close by so i go here a few times a week and without fail the orders either wrong or to slow

Usually visit this place. Overall good service. Big parking space available. The interior is nicely done, fine place to dine in.

That's a sad chocolate sundae.it's not that busy and it's nowhere near topped up with enough chocolate like the pictures.

Self ordering kiosk #40 not printing out receipt. We ask the counter for assistance but cashier not listening that we need the receipt for online claim. She kept saying order when tru. Emily the supervisor did reprint the receipt for us but when we got the bag, there are missing items.

Its the second time in 3 days I've been to this store, slow service really weak tasting coffee, actually didn't taste like coffee at all. Staff should pay more attention to patrons waiting to be served, I waited about 5min whilst the barrister was busy talking to a friend who looked like a staff member who saw but did nothing.

Alot of the time I place an order, I get home and food is always missing. It is very hard to go though your order just to make sure everything in the bags: (specially when there is a long line of cars waiting at drive thru. It has happens to many times now and IM NOT HAPPY

Quick service most of the time. Quick replacement drink when I got the wrong one. Generally a pleasant experience

I would give it a no star if I could. Burger came cold, missing a half a Angus pattie. Cheese and half it's filling didn't even make it into the bun. Thanks guys, love your work.

Absolutely terrible every single time I have come here. Service is ridiculous, I swear they only employ little children who can't even get your order right. Not to mention my order is always disgusting last meal I had was a mc chicken and had no lettuce in it or sauce. My partner orderd the classic Angus she at least got lettuce but it was rotten and turning brown. Avoid if you can it's worth driving to the next Macca's

Came in this morning at 3am -26th September, I was served by the cutest manager who satisfied my needs. Ordered a good, fast filet and would definitely come back again. He had hair that looks like whipped cream on top of an ice cream and has a cute accent. Mc Donald's should hire more cute staff.

Hopeless. Very small cones, not the standard three swirls and rude service to boot. Nothing like half a burger hanging out of the roll.

Waited for over 5 mins at cafe counter and no service.
Jumped in the car and through the drive service right away.

Brought my order bag home then found they missed my small fries. Have to walked back to ask for it, the staff looks like not very care and not his fault. When I ate my meal and drink my coffee after that, they were not hot or warm anymore, not happy. Waste my time.

Friendly efficient staff in a clean McDonalds environment. Worked on my laptop while munching with no interference. The ambient noises though were high so phone conversations inside would not be ideal.
