McDonald's Chadstone

Waiting for the order to receive from last 15 mins. Ordered through Drive in. Sadly not a good service

Staff are always motivated, friendly and helpful, which is a rarity with most other younger fast food workers elsewhere.

I shouldn't be frowned at when I ask for a healthy options menu. I felt embarrassed and humiliated by the service after asking a simple question

Its McDonald's it does not matter where you go it will always be McDonalds.other than France as McDonald's in France you can buy beer and Liquid Gold beats anything you can buy at the golden arches other than liquid gold at the golden arches

Waited 10 minutes in drive thru to collect an incorrect order and drink that tasted only of soda water. Not to mention the rude kid who made such an issue of correcting the mistakes. Avoid.

Mac time.
Yeah, Big Mac's, McChickens, Quarter Pounders, Triple Cheese Burgers, large fries, Frozen Coke McSpider, warm double chocolate cake, nuggets, hash browns, pancakes, sausage and egg muffin, and all the rest too.

All I wanted was a couple of chocolate thickshakes for the girls but the machine was broken. The helpful young lady suggested chocolate frappes which the girls loved!

I just had my dinner on 7: 30 Friday 27/july the girl that took my order was so rude and she was just standing there like a robot waiting for people to go to her and ask if she can take an order and i felt like she would be the type of person to go spit on my burgur

Really like this maccas, always clean, tidy and staff always have a smile on there dial and friendly!

It's alright. There's nothing wring with the food as it's the same as other Maccas around. It's just that it isn't a good place to dine-in, since it's shared with other food franchise in the cafeteria of a well-known mall. I would suggest to take-away after an enjoyable shopping day unless you can spot a seat in the cafeteria.

Great location right next to Chadstone shopping centre. Drive through and ample parking. Play area for kids.

Staff wore rude a grill slip burger was made wrong they completely forgot items from the order the vanilla shakes had no vanilla syrup and the chocolate shake had way to much syrup and when I took the order back the person who served me didn’t want to listen to me

Came on a weekday and the place was quiet. Service was fast and helpful. Premise and toilets were clean.

Good food.
Not much wait time for it but you hardly find space to sit.
It's really nothing different to all other ones. Typical mc to be honest.
