McDonald's Chadstone

I got a cheese burger and a latte, latte was on point, creamy with a strong coffee taste. Cheese burger was just as good, was well made.

I feel that this McDonald's has risen above the pack. I they they should drop the 'Mc' prefix, and be hereafter known as SirDonald's Chadstone.

Stuck in the drive-thru for over 30 minutes just to get to order.then another 15 minutes to pick-up order!

Thought I’d leave a good review as this maccas deserves it. This is the best maccas ever! I come here once every week after my shift and my food has always been served hot and fresh:) and I don’t even have to ask for it. If I could give it 6 starts I would. Staff are always polite.
I’ve been to many other maccas and they usually serve cold food.

For a really busy and high up area it seemed incredibly greasy and dirty compared to other McDonald's in lesser areas, burnt burger patty that was falling apart it was alright

Is Maccas skimping on chocolate sauce in their Sundays? I ordered 4 in their drive thru and all had hardly any chocolate sauce. I asked the waitress and her manager Leah comes out. Then tells me I need to pay extra and hands the Sundays back, then proceeds to close the window on me. Rude and shocking customer service!

Not happy with the omelette wrap bacon was fridge burnt from not being covered correctly and then cooked so hard could not bite it 42 years in hospitality I can tell this

Is their Frozen Coke machine or Frappe machine ever actually working? Or is that just their hook to get us in? Lol seriously 27C degrees outside and both not working! Food took 15 minutes too - for 3 hash browns. Maccas - I'm Loving IT!

I don't like McDonald's at the best of time however today because I needed the toilet my wife wanted something to eat she got her stuff she said it was ok my bacon and egg muffins which is about the only thing I will eat from there if I wasn't hungry I would have thrown it in the bin don't bother about the place it's crack

Ordered spicy chicken nuggets. They were so hard and out of 6 nuggets 2 were without chicken. Just outer coating. Just wanted to tell staff that please check food before serving and the girl manager working in evening shift was so rude. She didn't even care that they did a mistake. She was pretending like I was at fault. I didn't wanted another meal or refund but atleast listen to the customer without being rude. The worst ever customer service. She don't deserve to to work with such a big brand.

Best Macca’s I’ve ever tasted, quick service, friendly and helpful staff. Definitely recommend this location.:)

Kindly make sure you pack what people ordered before you dispatch an order like today I did not get an item I ordered yet I paid for. It's just a sauce on the side but it's a sauce I enjoy and want hence paid for so why don't I have it. Cmon

Food was quick but fries were cold. I also recommend here the mymaccas app for deals
I got 25 % off my order last week.

The drive through is on the tighter side cos of the incline but their accuracy of orders has improved over the last year. It’s on a convenient little corner, easy to get in and out of, and the wait times are never too bad (for a maccas).

Staff was so welcoming and the coffee lady she was so cute and nice. She made my latte extra hot as requested. Quick service

Doesn't have frozen coke no sugar. The 10+ times I've been there the machine is "broken". Coffee is good most of the time! I go to the two other maccas in my area if I want sugar free frozen coke.

Long wait. Didn't even get the right order at all. Order was meant to come with 3 burgers, but we only got 1, and it wasn't even any of the ones we've ordered. Only realised after we've driven off. Just shows that you'll always have to double check your orders

Drove through, late at night. Service reasonable, carpark not lit up, a bit difficult to get on and out, great for a bite at midnight

A great location to get a quick bite before heading into Chadstone Shopping Centre. Food is consistent with other branches. Was not particularly impressed with the cleanliness. Most tables are not clean and we had to literally hop from one table to another trying to get a cleaner spot.

My family just loves McDonald’s. They always have good price specials on meals and food is tasty. BTW, we love McCafe Cappuccino, Chai Latte and Frozen Coke Raspberry Flavour.
