74Unprofessional staff they don’t know how to treat the customer poor service highly not recommended
Worst MacDonald's I've ever been to. Service is always awful, staff are always carrying on goofing around while you wait to be served. Chips always cold, always out of stock and never have frozen drinks etc got a mcflurry in a small drink cup coz no mcflurry cups available. Always standing there for ages waiting to be served and they walk right by you and managers are always so rude. Food and coffee always disgusting. And don't even think about dining in, restaurant and play ground are always filthy.
Okay this is by far the worst maccas i have visited in my life. And all credit goes to the female manager working there. (Evening time around 6: 30pm)
She just throws attitude to every customer and her staff itself.
If the owner or anyone responsible reading this fire that girl asap. She is ruining your business.
Edit: it happened again. Missing items and barely half filled mcflurries. Sad.
One of the worst Maccas experiences ever. In a time of need for food, our order took a long time to arrive, and when it finally did - we only received HALF of our items, a mix of items from 2 meals.
Unfortunatley, they closed before we could call to get answers. We questioned the uber driver who said that was all he received, but maybe he took off with it.we will never know.
Ordered 4 soft serve cones through drive-through, but he placed the order only for 2 cones. I asked to change it, but he refuced had to come back again.
As an ex manager of a qld maccas store I’m disappointed to say that this store has terrible customer service. They would rather let people wait outside in the cold than let them wait inside the store 15 minute before they open. McDonald’s used to pride itself on customer service, it’s disappointing to see how far they’ve fallen from grace. Do better.
Every shift manager creates their own rules. Asked for hot cakes and they told me that they do not do after mid day. Strange thing is that my wife had not cakes in same store, same time 3 nights before.
I had to wait 3 minutes for a apple pie completely disgusted i demand a free zinger box right now!
10 minutes in the queue at 4pm.
Another 10 minutes in the waiting area.
Order arrived missing hash browns, fries and drinks.
Another 10 minutes waiting for the missing items.
Don't bother just go to any McDonald's but this one.
I order a meal today thru menulog and I did not get my bigmac that I order happy for you to go over your cameras when packing my order so you guys can see for yourself. But that is not very fair to pay for food and not get it can you please message me back and let me know what can be done about this
Limp and cold fury's. Big mac.one slice of hamburger meat had some meat missing. It looked as though some one took a bite out of it.
The staff were very sweet and prompt. But they should try and upsell or educate customers more about there products. Eg.we wanted to play n take advantage of the monopoly game.but found out after receiving our order that it's only available for M n L meals.which we would have happily upgraded if informed or upsell.cheers
Poor service this afternoon. The lady took one order in front of me and started making a coffee, 2 mins later took my order, didn't bother to give me a receipt, and back to her coffee. There were barely any customers in the cafe. Not asking for a special service just a courteous, polite service would be appreciated. 11: 23am
When did "quarter pounders" halve in thickness? The meat patty was the same thickness as regular patties.
McDonald's yet another dissatisfied experience. Had I been in store I would have returned it. All I can do now is never return.
The drive through was very very full at lunchtime but I got served very quickly and without an issue. Perfect and everything was hot when I ate it too! Good stuff. Well done, Ronald.
I would leave zero stars if this was an option.
Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced!
My order was incorrect so I explained what it should’ve been, after watching every other customer get served for15mins I asked what the hold up was & that the fries are now stone cold the girl behind the counter said what did you want. I told her that she was the one that took my receipt threw it in the bin and said she would redo the burger. She then threw a cheeseburger in a bag & said here you go while her 2 other co workers were watching & giggling.
I didn’t order a cheeseburger so I then had to speak to the store manager who said she would redo the burger, well it was still wrong but at this point I’d already wasted 30mins of my life to get sub standard food with the knowledge that I’ll never go back to your store!
The staff were doing a very commendable job due to the pressure they were under at the time I was there.
3 stars for continually getting orders wrong. In person, drive through and Uber orders always have missing or wrong items. Otherwise a standard Macca's.
Fast, friendly, accurate counter service. Food was hot and fresh and was served within 15 seconds. Toilets were clean. Ample parking.
Ordered a large fillet o fish meal with Coke Zero. Chips were warm, Coke Zero was flat, asked for them to replace our drink with one from drive through which was better.
The staff in the kitchen were pumping orders out.
The app offer a McFlurry for $2.5, I tried to order it through the app with extra chocolate fudge sauce and it said they ran out.
The cheese in my fillet o fish was mostly on the inside box and not in the bun.
Tables and seats inside could do with a wipe down. Marks on the seats. We were sitting in for over 20 minutes and hash browns seems to be there for as long as we were. A few staff members were chilling near the coffee machine side catching up.
