McDonald's Chadstone

The worst long black coffee I've ever had from a McDonald's. I believe they just ran hot water through previously used ground coffee as it tasted and smelled burned.

Depends on what time you go. Some staff couldn't be bothered a and there is very rude male evening ' manager' who yelled at his young staff while there was a long queue. Totally under - staff and the fries are never crispy

Been using this MacDonald for years without issue. Today the item I ordered was not available due to machine out of order, so I replaced them and asked to get price difference refunded. Later I found hair in my wrap and cotton line (maybe from tea bag) in my hot chocolate. Not sure if this was related to me asking for refund, I believe I asked nicely. But very disappointed with the hygiene, food had to go to bin, what a waste. I would suggest the store manager take the hygiene issue seriously, especially when the corona crisis is not over yet.

Got an Uber Ears delivery at 8pm on 30th May. Ordered 1 x Caramel Sundae and 1 x Cadbury Cream Egg McFlurry.
It was below par, there was no topping on the McFlurry and only a very small dribble of Carmel topping on the Sunday.
Very low service and care factor!

Had to wait until this teenage boy finished his conversation about his plans for the weekend. There were about 4 staff standing around listening while i waited with my 2 young kids.

This McDonald's is in a very busy area next to Chadstone shopping centre. Standard layout with a drive thru, children's play area and a McCafé. We were served very quickly by smiling staff and our food was delivered to our table in less than 3 minutes. Chips were very fresh, and so were both of our burgers, a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder. Toilets were fully functional and although not putrid, they were overdue for a clean.

Busy Maccas but despite that, orders are prepared in time and not without any complaints. The restaurant can be a little messy in it's cleanliness but apart from that the service is great.

The staff here are very unfriendly, especially the coffee making staff. The restaurant is very poor in hygiene and has peculiar smell. The staff chat loudly, which can be heard throughout the restaurant

Not helpful at all. Felt like I was imposing on there time. Left empty handed. Thankfully an internet search was more productive and a better alternative was found and purchased.

Awesome place. Second best Maccas I've ever been to. Because of the staff. They were nice, normal people, who told you a joke and laughed with you when you got your order. I kept my eyes on them while I was eating, too, and they were all of them laughing and doing funny stuff behind the counter. It's so good to see another staff team like this:) Fantastic job, Maccas team! You get five stars from me!

Stopped by this McDonalds today on the way home to get a quick bite and decided to go through the drive thru. Line was about 6 cars long and took forever but I can't blame them for that because who knows what was ordered. That being said, I had a pretty simple order, a double quarter pounder and a frozen blueberry fanta. I got my order saw it was in the bag and came home. When I opened my burger I found it was a single. It can't be that hard to make sure a two item order is correct and yet they managed to mess it up. I couldn't go back because of the time I ordered and distance from the McDonald's. Before you leave make sure you order is correct no matter how simple it is.

Restaurant was dirty, burger patties were burnt and then in drive through we were left waiting for almost 10 minutes without being greeted or told why we had to wait so long for our order then the person passing the order to us just rudley handed it out the window with a "here you go" and walked off. I worked in McDonald's as a teenager and I know this is not the standard they set for customer service.

I found an Oreo in my burger, and got a crispy chicken Caesar salad without a knife and fork and without the Caesar dressing

The manager on duty at 31st March 2019 - 9.30PM not only is not doing his dream job but he actually hates what he does.

He greeted us on a single word: “Wait”

And took him 5’ to get our order. Bare in mind the restaurant has only us, another couple already eating and someone else waiting to order.

That someone wanted only an ice cream, after all this time waiting, she told him over counter he showed the automated ordering machines and said order there. Our order was ready, we finished our dinner and she was still waiting for her ice cream.

Chadstone shopping centre is super magnificent and outstanding. Mcdonalds is always good for a quick fix.

Drive-thru and inside service is not the greatest. The store manager touches food with his bare hands and you constantly have to ask for cup holders and serviettes. The wait times are ridiculous also.
It's not like the quality and standards we were used to once upon a time.

So Bad service! I ordered a food. But waiting for 30 minutes. Then I asked my order, they said the food is unavailable. It waits customer much time with no apologies!

A great place to stop for breakfast. The newspaper was a bit dirty with food but that not McDonald's fault. Lovely and clean. Staff friendly and I love the table service. Got to use my free seniors coffee today.

This maccas is great the food Is quick the staff are decent and it's just a great maccas

Definitely worth going to If your desperate for a feed. 5/5

Big McDonald's. Located in quite nice location, reasonably big car park, plenty of seating.
If you want to spend few hours like in a business meeting or, get together you can have that here. It's big, not very crowded, easily accessible. Right next to Chadstone so you can go there also after your business meet.
