McDonald's Braeside

I asked for a toasted ham cheese and tomato sandwhich and for it to be cut in half through drive through. I received only ham toast not cut with a plastic knife in bag! Cut it while I'm driving? Tried to call few times went to answering machine.

Exceptional customer service received on the morning of 28th November 2018. Staff went above and beyond, even after I realised I had stuffed up my own order! Ordered bacon and egg muffin meal. Everything was very fresh. Would highly recommend this McDonald's restaurant.

It's one of those places where you keep going back and don't remember how terrible it is until you return and then feel stupid for forgetting.
Many fast food places in the area, better off going somewhere else.

Third time now I have ordered by the app and they still have got it wrong. Quite frustrating. No one ever calls or returns my calls. Please just check the order before you hand it out. There is normally a reason it is a customised order, don’t just stick a label on the box and put a normal item. So frustrating

Don't bother going there after midnight, you won't be able to get any food. I've tried 3 times in the last 2 weeks.
