What's the point of having the app if it doesn't work properly. Generates a code which isn't honoured by the staff. Poor form.

15 minute wait for 2 happy meals and a Big Mac meal, of which they forgot 1 x chips and napkins. Food came out Luke warm.

Sometimes good service Sometimes not so good everything we go it is always a different price for the same thing we go every Tuesday

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! AFTER WEEKS AND WEEKS OF PUTTING UP WITH WRONG ORDERS, I FINALLY SNAPPED AND DROVE BACK THERE TO RETURN OUR FOOD! WE ASKED FOR 2 MCFEAST BURGERS AT $9 EACH. THEY LOOKED LIKE SOMETHING THAT WAS ACTUALLY MADE AS A JOKE! EVEN THE MANAGER AGREED THEY WERE UNEXEPTABLE SLOP! THIS FRANCHISE HAS SERIOUS PROBLEMS!

My meal was still delicious and warm. However I waited in the waiting bay for over 15 mins. They need to be more aware over who’s waiting because you don’t know if a customer is in a rush to get to some place.

It's maccas.although I did get food poisoning from their apple pie, both my wife and I did thats how we know what it was, however that could of happened at any maccas.all in all you get what you expect.
Maccas food served by teenagers doing there best on their first job.

Between 10 & 10.15 this morning we purchased a serve of hot cakes in the drive through. The hot cakes were really ‘cold cakes’

Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru but then also got wrong food.worst macca ever.happens everything when i come in drive thru

I’ve never experienced service by such an angry kid as I did in Mac Donald’s. You’re working in customer service little man!

The girl who served me was so unfriendly and didn’t even bother to say Thanks. I have to say the services in McDonald are generally ok but this one at corner of boundary Rd cross Center road, is an exception. Won’t come again and also don’t recommend.

Drive thru attendant was quite rude, said " What do you want", and was just all up short with me. Guy that handed out my food was talking to someone the entire time and didn't even acknowledge me

They basically forgot about my order last night, had to wait close to 15 min for ONE box of nuggets and fries. Many orders that were made after mine (incl.larger delivery orders) got prepped first.

The main lady at the registers was also quite brash and kind if passive aggressive with many customers.

When you drive thru the drive thru and ask for a burger with BBQ sauce… one would think you would want the BBQ sauce ON the burger right?

Not according to this McDonalds staff. We got our burgers with BBQ on the side in sachets

My wife and i ate here, she has sore stomach and running to the toilet within an hour of eating here, i had a delay reaction the folowing morning. Dont eat here.

BEST COFFEE! I will drive out of my way to buy a coffee from the Braeside store. It is delicious and all the staff are lovely and helpful.

Terrible. Bin hasn't been emptied in ageeeesssssssss. Got a reply from one of the staff when I complained; the response was that they didn't care. Drive thru or Delivery. Do NOT dine in.

Messed up the order, the mc chicken piece are not as advertised. Also they didn't have toys for the happy meal and were rude when I asked for a free coffee as compensation.

Don't have shaker chicken salt fries, they didn't even put salt on my fries and put the wrong sauce in the order. Will never come back to this maccas

Their app doesn’t seem to work well with the system in this place. They lost my online order then finally they find it while I waited and instead of apologising they decide it’s my fault! The drive thru staff on a Saturday night after 1030pm need an attitude adjustment.
