McDonald's Braeside

Went only to try new hotter style burger but to my surprise and disappointment the burger was cold the chips where cold and the service was ordinary. Havent been to any maccas since and not likely to.

Food quality okay for a maccas, chips could've been more full, male manager who handed out food seemed in a rush and very robot like with communication, food inside bag looked like it had all been slam dunked into the bag, bag tossed to the window and shaken up, napkins received were greasier than the qtr pounder which also looked slam dunked

Usually pretty good for a maccas. Just double check your meals when doing drive thru because no matter which maccas you go to they're trying to rush out orders and therefore it's not always right.

I just tried the new Mc veggie burger and totally 5 stars for that.

If you are someone who wants to move to vegetarianism or is a current vegetarian, this is a great option. Do try!

Went there last week at 2am, one guy gave us some water (legend) other guy refused to let us in so my mate had to piss in a bush

Great place for kids to have a bit and play in the play area. 3 stars as the place needs more attention in terms of regular cleaning

They've done AKA the field of fish was overcooked but they are open on early on Christmas morning so they can't be too bad

For got my order not once not twice but 3 times, staff members have no idea what they are doing so they stand around with a blank face. I felt for the one staff that was doing everything.

People who work here don't know that pickles and onions go into a cheeseburger! They never put them in! Plus on top of it all they stuff up the order 9/10 times.

McDonalds Braeside -Store # 0655 need to up their game! We paid for a large fries, not a gimmick serve.being 1/2 full!
We consumers pay the price & in turn expect what we pay for and thats large fries not small fries! False marketing perhaps may play a role?

Very slow service to dine in, food was cold, it’s frustrating that you have to wait 15 minutes in a fast food restaurant

Food was good and it's always been a very clean Maccas but I felt awful for the staff, it was mostly this one girl working herself silly while other employees clocked off and/or joked around. The manager was standing around looking important but again, offered no help to this girl. Hopefully i just came in at a bad time, because for a McDonald's this place is gorgeous.

I like that they bring the food to your table.
But it sounded like we were in a life support ward with all the machines going off.

Overall it was good, liked the self ordering system. For vegetarians, it was only limited to salad, chips etc. The fact that they did not consider including veg burger in their menu was quite disappointing!

At the moment this place is being renovated so part of the car park is taken up with trades vehicles etc. Also when I came inside they made me use the electronic ordering boards às they said they weren't taking orders at the counter. Strange. I won't come back to this Moccas for a while.

Friendly staff, I get a coffee each morning.coffee does occasionally miss the mark but usually very good.

Very poor service. Tired as inexperienced staff. Low quality salad. No apple slice.
The staff spilled coke all over my apple pie and it was drenched in coke she brought it. Luckily the changed it!
The online order system was down. Them banger said he fixed it. We tried again and it was frozen in the last step twice again!
I won’t be back to this branch at all!

Worst service for a Macca's. Stood there with no one offering to take my order. My mate ended up ordering through the kiosk for us before I was even greeted!

It's hard to rate properly been to this particular MacDonald's heaps but also been to Moorabbin on Warrigal road. Customer service is heaps better at Moorabbin
Tonight's food was very bad and I waited 10 mins just to tell the guy the order was wrong so then it was another 5 mins to get the order which was very average cold and ice creams melted
I would not recommend this store theirs heaps of stores better so close by (within 2 kilometres)

Average service, Nice play area for the little ones, outdoor area Nice and clean each time I've been there, Inside is 90% always clean when ive gone there. Food is Yummy and nearly always on time and right
