Low quality customer service at drive thru at food pickup and train staff ‘how to talk to customer? ’. Its only not about time of per car you to consider. Its about quality of customer service you presenting.

Don't expect that they are honest with takeaway, many times they forget to put things which you paid for. Always cross check your takeaway order to avoid any surprise.

Good food an drinks but while i was there one of the team members swore 3 times with in 10 min of starting there shift very disappointing

Whenever I've been I vow never again but foolishly return after a long time thinking it can't be any worse than the last time.

How can an order for three standard burgers (no changes, no additions) be so difficult that they only put two in the bag? !? Then, when asking after the missing burger (cheeseburger) an incorrect one (Filet-o-fish) is given instead.

Nailed our order and had it to us quickly as well.

One of the young ladies on their team was very kind and helpful to a lovely elderly couple who were there at the same time as us too.

Great team.

Worst experience ever at McDonald's, rude employees，when I pick up my meal at the counter，The employee slammed the spoon on the dirty table in a very rude way.

Just ordered 15 mins ago. Get home and find chips not cooked properly as in most are pale cool to touch and look almost raw. Terrible quality control.

Visited at 8pm on Thursday.
Ordered 2 meals, 1 burger by itself and a Sundae.
14 minutes later we got our meals and they forgot to put chips in!
Seriously?

Called in for some lunch after doing Costco. I can see this place doing a lot of trade once the lockdown lifts. A good comfortable little site.

Required to wear mask inside and remove when eating. I took my great nephew and we ate outside under cover. Food was fresh and service was quick.

Messed up my order twice at the drivethru, then had to go in to get the shaker aspect of the shaker fries. That's all I wanted with my frozen raspberry.

Exceptional lady took our order from the speaker box in drive through. She took our mobile order and then read it back to us to make sure it was correct. Love it.

They forgot to put McD's special sauce in spice chicken burger. When asked to check, they quickly put chilli sauce in it. Disappointed.

Customer service 000 the taste of the burger horrible! And my meal came without cheese and bacon, and supposed to be. I can't believe it, if is a franchise should be standard.

Fast drive thru service. Also worth noting that the handful of times that my family and i have been here, have resulted in accurate orders.which lets face it, is a rarity. Friendly staff too.

Friendly staff, very prompt service, especially if I've placed my order using the app before I get to the drive thru, which is really easy and I'd highly recommend using it.

Ordered on menu log. Chips and my donut bullets were stone cold. There was nothing fresh about the donuts. Tried to ring the store, no answer. Not happy.

So many times we have been missing food from our order, even including missing cheese from our cheeseburgers once. Make sure you check the bag before you leave.

Have been here from time to time on a Saturday morning and just here on a Tuesday mid afternoon and the same chaos applies - all the electronic order boards out of service ; poor customer service; beeping going off constantly in the kitchen; several complaints about incorrect orders (one was a mcchicken ordered but came with Angus beef instead of chicken!?) ; and workers saying to each other “when can we go home arggghh”.
Generally a frantic and chaotic place with consistently poor service. Big thumbs down. I won’t get back.

Most of the time we got warm to cold food, like chips and nuggets. Service slow even drive through. Staffs are not friendly nor enthusiastic. Sometime mess up with order, you have to check your bag if you get everything. Only good because it's on the way home for quick dinner or lunch.
