McDonald's Berwick

Speedy service at the place. I ordered a garden salad but it had way too much dressing. The place was your typical McDonald's. Had a decent entree there. The actual salad ingredients were surprisingly good.

Every time we go there. We have to wait for our order. Again we waited and then found our order was wrong again. It is useless having a drive thru when you have to go into the store most times and get the items you actually ordered.

Food was good for McDonald's, most of our food was brought to us pretty quickly & it was quite fresh. Just had to wait a bit longer for nuggets, as it was in the morning.

I went through drive thru cause I have trouble walking at times. My order was brought out to me, they hadn't put the mustard in, there was no butter and syrup with my pancakes. The hot coffees I ordered were half full and the rest was froth. I ordered them extra hot and they were just warm. I can't believe that everytime I go there, they always stuff my orders up.

Service is friendly however mistakes are made cosistentaly but I would assume that's due to how busy it gets.

Will never go here again. Told by the manager behind the counter to use the touch screen instead of serving me. After telling her I have no idea how, she said "just press start and go from there". Was easier to go down the road to hungry jacks

Absolutely filthy restaurant. Could not find a clean table. My 7 to granddaughter walked off to find a table and she wouldn't even sit st one. The floor was filthy al also.
The place was not even busy.

The staff there often get orders wrong. So must make sure you check your orders before you leave the place if you don't want to end up having one child with no dinner or wrong dinner.

Clean, nice, quick, as usual not always the healthiest meal options, but available if you need a quick bite, or a drawn out coffee.

I always seem to get nice fresh food at Berwick maccas and if I'm ordering a hot drink, which I like HOT, not medium luke warm, are always hot. Often they will ask me to try it to make sure it's hot enough and if it's not they make another one. Can't ask for more than that.

Shocking service and cold food. Service time is horrible and very dodgy with food servings.
Asked for chocolate shake and got a vanilla shake with a little bit of chocolate topping. Drinks barely 3/4 full without ice. 3/4 full chips. Sloppy burgers. The whole lot is terrible.

Hey Maccas, Pick up your game. You were once the standard in cleanliness, but my last visit was not a nice experience.

Majority of the managers are rude especially the girls. Who don’t seem to speak nicely to their stuff and food can be terrible sometimes. Though it’s good when they make it fresh

OMG I wanted plug my ears. Team member was ***SO*** loud when taking customer orders, all I could hear in restaurant was "DONE" and "TOO EASY" over and over again. Arghhhh!

Appalling service from a blonde at the window Sunday afternoon, almost threw the wrong order at me and then said go wait! Lol what? Omg such amazing service that I’ll not return my patronage to this store!

Quite disappointed today. Ordered 2 Mighty McMuffin but received 2 Bacon & Egg McMuffin in the box, correct box but missing sausage. Luckily found out before eating it and get an exchange.

Nice restaurant but I have been here 2 times for the latest deals and today's deal was the $4 cheese burger and extra burger deal now my wife has the app and so do i i showed the girl my ticket number for this deal and i also had another one as well still got charged $11 friggin for this when is was supposed to be $8 in total

Please make sure the printer works at the self-service station. If you consider from the customer point of view. It is frustrating after you made a purchase and not offered an invoice.

Stopped here to change our baby's nappy. The disabled toilet has a flip down change table and a bin for dirty nappies and wipes. There is a good amount of space in the room. The room was as clean as you can expect a Maccas toilet to be.

Awesome stop in for a quick bite or coffee, great playground for the kids too.it's a lovely McDonald's visit!
