I just got a double quarter pounder and omg I cannot even explain how good it was. Seriously hit the spot, so fast, so fresh. I’m in love.

This would have to be the worst McDonalds in the country. After Multiple orders missing food on our last experience i then drove back to store and spoke with manager who after me insisting on a full refund finally gave in and provided 3 x $20 vouchers to cover cost of our order. This was approx 3 months ago. I went into drive thru yesterday and used vouchers. Cashier could not process and needed manager. I was then put in waiting bay. After about 10 mins Manager comes out to interrogate me she wanted to know how i got these vouchers exactly when and what was wrong with my order that these were provided for. When i questioned needing this information she advised that this was a "Lot of food to be handing over for free". Here is a heads up for you the food was not for free it was to replace the food that you did not provide previously that you charged me for. This manager would be better spending her time making sure people can pack an order properly and customers actually get what they pay for instead of complaining about customers using vouchers. ABSOLUTELY INCOMPENTENT STORE AND MANAGERS.

Would give 0 stars if I can, nice staff but awful food, ordered big mac and 24 nuggets, they were over fried and the burger was so dry with no sauce at all! Worst McDonalds I've ever been to! Never ever going back!

Worst maccas ive ever been to got the wrong order twice asked for a grand big mac got a chicken burger and no chip's drove of had to drive back then got the wrong order again this has happened before at this store no quality control process.

Please get your app ordering running more smoothly. Regularly have mishaps here, like forgetting flavour shots in my coffee or staff laughing at us through the drive thru window. Never have problems at other local Maccas. Will update when service is better.

I bought a big Mac $2.this morning. I was ONLY allowed to buy one piece. I have big Mac, but my husband did not have. This is no good!

Visited many times, I always ask for happy meal with no beef patty (am vegetarian) and they understand, it's on the receipt, but 70% of time they mix it up. Happens all the time.

Our coffees were severely lacking in coffee. Nice cup of hot milk though. May I suggest you put two shots in a medium next time, like the rest of Melbourne please.

Need more staff on during lunch. I just waited 20min for a fillet o fish and small fries, no drink.mind you the last 5min of that they are calling orders past my number that had full meal deals, while I watched mine sit at the end of the bench. New fries pls!
So I have been here plenty of times, and same issue only during lunch.they handle dinner okay, still not great, so when your lunch times are serviced better I will consider changing my rating. But till then, I'm staying clear of lunch here.

Terrible. When I went in the store there was rubbish all over the floor.
There was a cleaner cleaning but why wasn't it cleaned up earlier?
Food was burnt like it was from the previous day.

Generally ok but almost always (over the past 20 years) food missing from bag in drive through. Make sure you check before leaving.

Worst place ever, couldn't organised a root in a brothel. Every order was wrong, everything was cold. And rudest young kids that served us

How do they always miss something from the order? All drinks and happy meal toys missing from my drive through today. Staff run inside from the waiting bay before you can tell them. ‍️

Worse customer service I've experienced. Arrogance at its top quality. Under staffed with bad attitude. No one attended to cashier.

Drive thru was very quick on Good Friday. Ordered a double fillet o fish and a coffee frappe. Barely had to wait. Good job McDonalds Berwick.

Gr8 customer service, latte strong, 1.5 raw sugars, extra ham on the toasty, bob's ya uncle included $5 discount. Snack meal is a winner, take note overpriced cafe venues honestly! #saynotooverpricedcafes
