McDonald's Berwick

Not even worth the one star. I ordered an ice latte from here and when I received it I found a live fly drowning in the milk.

Mcdonalds are not all the same. The drive through here was not at all good. Very slow as they were too busy talking. The place was pretty quiet so it was disappointing it took so long. Fries were fine but the chicken burger was cold. I'll stick to my regular Mcdonalds.

Chips were cold with not a grain of salt on them and they gave me a Vanilla Coke twice even after saying I ordered a regular.

Store was clean and tidy. Unfortunately the fries were warm and oily - which is expected since I saw 3 baskets cooked and hanging over the vats 3 minutes after being pulled. And the manager and staff could clearly be heard bagging out a customer's request.

Went via drive through, got the chips only, NO BURGERS! Had to go back through to get my complete order. The girl at the pick up window was not even apologetic. McDonalds, lift your game!

Similar to all other Macca stores. Bought coffee as I waited for my car to be serviced nearby. Service was prompt.

Like all stores now, it's self-serve. It's a busy store, and the staff seem remote and not wanting to interact with the customers. The food was hot and cooked to standard.

ABSOLUTELY APPALLING FEMALE STAFF/MANAGER! Service was ridiculously slow and DISGUSTINGLY UNPROFESSIONAL AND RUDE beyond belief!
The female manager that I made a polite and perfectly justified/ reasonable complaint to, responded in such an unacceptable aggresively defensive RUDE, NASTY manner SHE SHOULD BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY! I highly recommend better management staff vetting in future AND some training in dealing with customer complaints in a professional hospitable way!

No only did they have a system outabge because of *updates* but they did not advsie customers in anyway shape or form.
This is pathetic. Disgusting as myself & mutiple people have wasted our time.
I will never attend this maccas again and HIGHLY recommended NOT ATTENDING IT EITHER. Ps the staff are rude as.

Always delay to pack the orders
Food keep waiting on belt.
Taking receipts out of systems to show record that they doing work on time.
But always delay and manager so rude all time. Busy meeting friends from school.
Shame.

Maccas is always a winner with the kids, coffee is usually great. 1 of the only positives to come out of the pandemic is that cleaning schedules have been increased and amenities are always well kept.

Very slow then they forgot the apple juice and I saw a man who ordered through the drive way he came in twice while I was there and still did not have his order ready

Service has become very slow in drive thru…they need an express lane for people using the maccas app to order and pay

Today I ordered a egg and bacon muffin meal and a cappuccino, didn't check it, yes my fault, after I pulled over in the car not 10 mins drive, the egg and bacon was a sausage muffin and the cappuccino was stone cold, how do they get it so very wrong ALL the time.

This McDonald is good, much better than the Berwick south McDonald’s.thanks would much rather go to this one than that other horrible one down the road.

Ordered an egg and sausage mcmuffin and they didn't give me egg! And it was cold! Horrible experience, waited 10 minutes in the parking lot for cold food.

Depends what staff is rostered on. Sometimes good staff & well presented food/drink. Other times poorly made/wrapped burgers & half filled drinks. No rush but care taken.

Orders always complete. Friendly staff and easy to talk to. Always coming back here as my fav Maccas store in Berwick.

Worst maccas service ive come across…have always missed something in my orders multiple times, should recommend getting the higher ups to suss the workplace and wokers out in general.
