McDonald's Berwick

Inside service has always been good but we have used drive through lately and and found it lacking. Not listening properly and just want to get you through attitude and making mistakes.

Really bad would never go back management laughed at me when l complained needed more chicken to match the lettuce and the chicken wasn't cooked

I ordered a lactose free coffee today and sat in with it. They were awfully busy, and I didn’t triple check that it was in fact lactose free milk. Come to find hours later as I’m incredibly sick, that it was most likely full cream milk and they didn’t bother to pay attention to that detail of my order.

They don’t serve cars in order of arrival. Fillet of fish is so uneven on the bun it’s not a burger it’s mash.

Drive through order was messed up. Missing items, missing customisations to burgers.
Happens all too often.

Never has this place ever got my order right, a simple drive thru frozen coke, made me have to actually go into the restaurant as they couldn't even get that right. Worst McDonald, there is 3 on this road so avoid this one

It's McDonald's, so it does what every McDonald's does. That said the service was terrible. We waited for 15 minutes in the drive through bay with several other cars, only to receive our food cold with no explanation as to why the delay occurred.

If you're looking for quick service go to any of the other McDonald's littered around the area.

I went through the drivethrough and asked for two fillets of fish. Never expecting they would give me fillets that are not in a burger with sauce. Never heard of it! Apparently the girl who served me double checked with me, but it sounded like she meant on their own and not in a meal. I do not care how busy you are at Mcdonalds. Communicate clearly!

Appeared to be clean and organised. Coffee took a little while and was initially made incorrectly but was quickly remade as per original request so cannot really fault anything.

One very rude lady that looks like she does not want to work there.she had a go at me for not getting my oder when it was apparently called out 3 times when it is very difficult to hear with masks on.i could be partly deaf for all she could know.

Who ever made the Caesar salad with grilled chicken (extra chicken and tomatoes included) at 7: 25 is a legend, give them a pay rose please. I got the salad with Caesar dressing on top, just how I asked, and I got plenty of napkins this time, it was perfect!

This Mc Donald's never disappoints! I can't recommend highly enough! The service is always efficient with very polite staff. The after hours drive thru is fantastic, will always cook up fresh if you ask unlike other McDonald's who just don't care, and will serve you up stale 2 day old garbage! The food is always consistently hot, fresh, and absolutely superb. I'd like to thank all the employees here, for running one of the best McDonald's I've ever encountered, in the whole south east vicinity!

One of the busiest mcdonalds I have ever been to. Obviously some problems come up from time to time but they are always handled very well. I seem to go there about the same time each day. 4 to 5 times a week. Each time I am there the staff are usually the same. Very courteous and quick. In general, I encourage anyone going to McDonald's to recognise that staff are usually under 18 and still children and learning. Many times I have witnessed customers who could show better manners by example.

Disappointing to go through drive through and when I get home one of the the three items ordered, an apple pie is not in the bag. The chips were cold and soggy and the burger had a massive chunk of onion. Usually I am pleased with the service and quality at this MacDonalds but not today.

Regular, ongoing breakdowns of the soft serve machine but still the best Maccas in the area. The other McDonald's on Clyde Rd isn't as good and has serious consistency problems, so this is clearly the better of the two. Clean and well kept inside. Staff are usually polite but not always so. Car park is always kept very clean. Food isn't always fresh but not too bad. Not worth ordering food from the drive thru late at night however as it is always stale and cold.

Very very Bad experience they Ripping me off i orderd a red onion in the veggie mac burger and the charged me as well but didn't put.my order was big as well cos me $45 as I asked for 6 nuggets as well they didn't put
I was not able go back because I already reached home very untrained staff not professionally dealing don't even deserve 1 star for rating I know I'm bit rude that's bad happened to me and I spend my money and I didn't get what I want

Can never get an order right. You ask for a double chicken burger and you get 1 patty. Even when staff put pick slips on stating its a double burger. Its not a 1 off it occurs all the time. Absolutely usless at the old berwick maccas. Go to the new one 1km down road.

Ordered through menulog during lockdown after the curfew, I ordered a meal but only recieved my drink and then when I attempted to call the restaurant it kept saying the line was busy. It's extremely frustrating and I'm definitely not happy with the service

So fed up with this place! 9 times out of 10 they mess up the order and today was no exception. How can they get it so consistently wrong?

There is no doubt that McDonalds food has improved over the years and quite often I enjoy the burgers bought from here.but over and over again the orders are incorrect or things are left out. I don't want to write a bad review, so please start paying closer attention to the details and train staff properly with regards to the accuracy of the orders they're filling.
