Rubbish service~! Been the restaurant couple of times and won’t go back again in the future. The steam fish was under cooked then took back and replaced with an over cooked fish. At the end, tried to fool us to pay for the fruit plate after a meal of close to 300 dollars in a cantonese restaurant. Seriously?

Attentive staff and delicious food, despite the bad reviews here. If you don't know much about Chinese and Cantonese food, order a set menu as they have plenty of variety. Otherwise their dumplings are a must try and are super delicious.

Eating out is all about the experience not just the food.long delays with food delivery and very poor customer service!

Great food and prompt service.melb seems to lack good chinese restarunts.on par with ones you would find in springvale.the special fried rice and chinese broccoli w oyster sauce are a must

WARNING! My mum with about 5-6 friends went there last Sunday for lunch and the service was average for a quality restaurant in the crown complex. However, a few hours later without having had anything else after that, 4 of them including my mum fell ill and I had to take mum to the hospital that night. The restaurant is now denying its their food which is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Definitely NEVER going back there again and would not recommend it!

Food was nice staff were not so nice. For some reason it felt as though the staff were being very judgmental every time we asked about a dish they would recommend. I’ll be honest was a little bit taken back by their approach as their location is inside crown, customer service is very important.
Other then that great restaurant and nice food.

We didn’t plan to come to this restaurant originally. We just walked in spontaneously and decided to have lunch. The service was pretty good, however the food was very ordinary. The dumplings and spring rolls were very bland. We had the Szechuan prawns for main and they weren’t spicy at all and the sauce was too sweet. Also the mango pudding barely had any mango flavour. Unfortunately the food was very below average for the price.

My wife and I had a booking (6.30pm) Saturday night and arrived to be squeezed into our seats thinking we were at a hawker centre in Singapore. We asked the Manager to relocate us which he was extremely relunctant to do, but eventually did. We were seated at the front of the restaurant which was more spacious and what I would have expected given the prices we were potentially going to pay. The female waitdress struggled with english and couldn't answer a number of our questions regarding the menu. I had no issues with the prices but expected the level of service to be a lot better than what they were dishing up. We walked out completely underwhelmed and went to Lucky Chans where the food and services never disappoints

Very pricey, $8.80 for 2 buns? And tasted just like any other. Food were not hot enough, some were cold, wouldn’t ever come back here again.

Been here many of times. Service and the food is always top notch. Love it. Def recommendation this restaurant. The atmosphere is very classy and grand. Prices are reasonable also. I believe you get what you pay.

Yummy dumplings! Really good rice dishes. Service was polite and prompt! Nice atmosphere too. Couldn't fault it.
