Low Cost Conveyancing have several hidden fees and charges. You will end up paying more than any other conveyancer, their contracts have several hidden clauses. Post settlement you will be suprised with fee being charged. I was quoted a standard fee that was altered by the time I received the paperwork and if I did not pick this up I would have been out of pocket. Worst experience, spend the extra money elsewhere and obtain expert advice, the business name does not actually represent what you will receive in return. Lack of communication and no responsibility taken for their actions, everything is the lender or brokers fault.

Have used low cost conveyancing on 2 occasion and I'm very happy with service provided, the staff conduct business in a very professional manner, don't be fooled by the name, the cost might be low but the service is top notch.

We have previously used a number of conveyancing companies but Low Cost resulted in the most expensive pricing - even for our son being a first home buyer with the lowest priced home in our family.
Also the statement of cost adjustments was not made available until a week after the settlement so we were not able to see any settlement pricing.
It appears Low Cost base fee does not include the necessary activities so as a result their extras fee was the highest we ever paid for a settlement.
They did the job but the Low Cost name does not represent the price expectation.
